  • First, I like the results. The model provides for full body work and it shows! Beyond that, I like that I can work out at my own pace. While the trainers do motivate and encourage you along the way to "hang in there", there is no pressure to push beyond limits.

  • Michelle <span class="nick-name">"Lil’ One"</span> Shevlin
    Michelle "Lil’ One" Shevlin
    Meet Michelle “Lil’ One”. Don’t let the name give you a false sense of security, she has been called Lil’ Devil and other names that cannot be named. Michelle met 9Round Epping as a member in April, 2016. Michelle had such a love of 9Round and the workout, knack for inspiring and helping others, and desire to share her enthusiasm with others that she joined the Epping and Merrimack gyms as a Trainer and then manager in July of 2017! It was in September, 2018 that 9Round Hooksett was fortunate enough to hire Michelle as a trainer and we couldn’t be more thrilled! Michelle is a trainer in both the Epping and Hooksett locations and brings with her a great perspective of how it is to start out as a member, special empathy for new members making change and beginning a new workout program, as well as valuable experience with pad drills and 9Round workouts. Michelle loves a good challenge and lives to inspire and share in member successes! Her motivating factor and purpose for training at 9Round is to change lives! Michelle’s favorite round is Round 2 and 9. She loves them all but especially 2 because it’s often the most challenging and 9 because she loves abs and core! Michelle’s favorite advice is “the best feeling is when you can stop stressing about negative numbers like the number on the scale or clothing sizes, and start focusing on the positive numbers. Like how many reps you can do, how long you can jump rope, your longest plank, how many push-ups. It feels good when you can focus on the positive.“ If you are new to 9Round Hooksett say hi to Michelle. If you already know Michelle thank her for being your trainer and assign her dynamic burpees she’ll like that.

    Ellie "L*E" Uhlig
    9Round Hooksett is thrilled to welcome Ellie “ L*E” to our team! Ellie has a most inspiring fitness journey and passion for fitness and helping others! Ellie didn’t start working out until 2 1/2 years ago! Prior to this she lived a sedentary life and became tired of feeling badly and wanted to change. She started with Beachbody workouts 6 days a week and continued this for the past 2 1/2 years. During this period of working out and eating balanced nutrition, she lost 127 pounds and became strong and fit. Ellie is excited about inspiring others and supporting them with their workouts. Ellie’s favorite 9Round station is 7 because “I love knees on it an how it brings out a primal feeling when you hit it.” Ellie’s favorite inspiring quote is, “you don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great! “ Let’s all welcome Ellie to our 9Round family! Next time you see her, introduce yourself, shake her hand and say welcome to the fam...and assign her 5 burpees. She’ll like that!
  • Theresa  <span class="nick-name">"Mighty Mouse"</span> Haddon
    Theresa "Mighty Mouse" Haddon
    Theresa “Mighty Mouse” has been with 9Round Hooksett since it’s opening in May, 2017. She brings 7 years of Group exercise experience with her. Theresa’s passion for fitness comes from her self determination to train and complete a marathon. She had never run before and trained herself a quarter-mile of time! Theresa puts a big focus on heart rate training. Saying “working your heart muscle is the most important muscle in your body.” All the other physical benefits are an added bonus! Trainer drill and Round 5, the wrecking ball, are her favorite rounds. “Round five is very versatile allowing for endless exercises and combinations. The other is a trainer drill and that is a great opportunity to work one on one with members.” Theresa loves the 9Round workout as it is an efficient and effective workout. It works every muscle group head to toe, inside and out while keeping the heart rate at least 80% of max all in 30 minutes.
  • Lucas <span class="nick-name">"Premeboy"</span> Masciarelli
    Lucas "Premeboy" Masciarelli
    Lucas has been with us since opening May, 2017. He is the king of the pad drills and pushes you daily to challenge yourself without you even realizing it. Lucas comes to us as a Varsity hockey athlete and all around athletic individual. His expectations are high of himself and his 9Round family members. Lucas’s favorite Round is Round 4 and 6 the heavy bags, as all aggression can be taken out on these bags and they make him work the hardest. Lucas is a man of limited words, but when he speaks you listen!
