  • The convenience has taken away any excuse I used to have for not going to the gym or exercising. Also I never get bored of going because it’s a new workout every day that keeps me on my toes. The trainers are so awesome they keep me motivated when I feel like slowing down and I LOVE it! I also appreciate that it is such a clean environment the trainers are constantly wiping down the equipment and cleaning the floor. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join 9round!

  • I need my workouts to be quick and challenging ... 30 minutes is perfect and I feel spent after so I know it was a great workout. Having the heart rate monitor is a huge bonus so I can see how many calories I burned- always over 350 so that is a win!

  • Love that it’s a total body workout in 30 minutes! Exercises change everyday so you work all your muscle groups and have variety in terms of the exercises Like that the trainers help you modify the exercise if needed Great atmosphere where other members are friendly and encouraging as well! Our Horsham, PA location has the greatest most motivating owners/trainers. I’ve belonged to many gyms, but this is my favorite!

  • Not a huge gym, all staff know who you are. Like the continuous 3 min per station format to keep people moving thru. Able to get a total body workout in 35 min Like that staff helps you modify if needed Like that you compete only against yourself at each round. Just love the workout, the format, everything about it! It’s changed my workout perspective AND- I’ve lost 32 pounds!!

I like the fact that we don't have to schedule an appointment which creates a lot of flexibility. I have already recommended 9 rounds to others I really really like it.     Jerry "Joker" Dunleavy
    Jerry, along with his wife Kym, is an owner of 9Round Horsham. After 20 years in a corporate role, Jerry decided to combine his passion for fitness and life-long dream to own a business and bring 9Round to Horsham,PA. Jerry has been a member of 9Round for two years at the Limerick, PA location and knew right away that 9Round is a great workout and different from the same old routine. He is excited to share that with others and help them attain their fitness goals.

    Kym "Killer" Dunleavy
    Kym, along with her husband Jerry, is an owner of 9Round Horsham. Kym has always had a passion for fitness, after competing in gymnastics for many years. Kym is excited to train all of our 9Round family and provide the nutritional guidance that 9Round has to offer all members! Don't worry, Kym only will make you drink a 9Round protein shake after your workout is complete!

    Kelsey "KO" Herrmann
    I grew up playing sports non-stop my entire childhood. Once I went to college and didn't play anymore, being in the gym filled that void. I do anything from running 5k's, to half-marathons, to lifting in the gym. My new favorite workout is the kickboxing circuit training we offer here! I graduated from Temple with a BA in Kinesiology which made my love for fitness grow to a new level. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion for fitness with all of you to achieve a happier, healthier lifestyle!
