  • I look forward to working out when I go to 9Round. Drew is such an amazing coach! He pushes me when I feel like I can't and makes sure to modify things if I need modification. Andy is great at modifying things on the fly. I'm a heavier person and can't always move the way I should be moving- so I'll sometimes need a modification. Ivan was great at this too- but especially at pushing me. Deshion is the same as well. These coaches are awesome. Drew especially goes out of his way to say hi and make me feel welcomed.

  • Great full body workout! The trainers are there to help us through the workout and guide us through each round. This is a very tough 30 minutes but it seems to go by quickly. Completing round 9 is so satisfying!

  • I love the location, trainers, and that it its only 30 min sessions which still gives you a full body workout. What I love most is the times are so flexible, you dont have to sign up for a specific time and date and the trainers are very helpful and motivating.

    Tom "Tornado Tom" Harris
    Tom is a certified 9Round Trainer and Owner of 9Round Camarillo and 9Round Hueneme. Tom is a U.S. Army infantry veteran. He played competitive Men's Field Hockey and started the first U.S. Army Field Hockey team while stationed at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

    Julie "Jewels" Bernard
    Julie brings her high energy and enthusiasm as General Manager and Certified 9Round Trainer at 9Round Hueneme. Her passion for fitness started at a young age in gymnastics, achieving a level 9 status. In High School and College, she competed in Cross Country Running. After college she pursued personal training and has competed and won 2 fitness competitions. With over 20 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Kickboxing Instructor and Gymnastics Coach, her desire is to help every 9Rounder achieve their fitness goals, no matter what they are, 9 rounds at a time. So please stop in see what all the excitement is about. We know you will “Ring the Bell.” Julie is married to Chuck with 6 children and 2 grandchildren.

    Andy "Power Up" Lepe
    Andy started playing sports at a young age, starting with soccer. He enjoyed it so much that he has continued to play to this day. He has also tried other sports to maintain his fitness, which include boxing, crossfit, tennis, and beach volleyball. Living a healthy lifestyle is a big part in Andy’s life. This includes staying active and making good meal choices. He believes that having a positive mindset is an important technique when staying fit. When he joined 9round as a member he found support and encouragement in a group setting where the gym didn't feel like a typical gym and the workouts were fun. “Everyday is different and I enjoy the positive energy that 9Round brings.”

    Andrew "Drew" Valenzuela
    Drew loves training at 9Round! He likes that 9Round is a place to get fit in only 30 minutes and an outlet to let it all out no matter what your personal struggles are. Drew thinks it's important to sweat it out and punch it out in a positive enthusiastic environment. "I work hard to be a positive and motivational person. I am a huge sports fan including Football, Baseball, Basketball, and golf. I am working on my B.A. degree in Criminology and criminal justice at California Lutheran University."

    Dale "DBLXPRESSO" Thompson
    Dale loves training at 9round. He enjoys the positive environment and helping people reach their fitness goals. Dale is currently working at both 9Round Hueneme and 9Round Camarillo filling in where needed. He is a student at California State University, Northridge majoring in mechanical engineering.
