WHY MEMBERS LOVE US:

  • It’s only 30 minute workout and it’s always intense and I like that you get a full body workout and having an instructor making sure your doing all workouts correct and safe so you won’t get injured. I love 9rounds I’ve tried everything from boot camp, Zumba,cross fit but 9rounds is far my favorite. It will be a year in April that I joined and I’ve seen results.

  • I really appreciate the 30 minute anaerobic and aerobic efficient workout. It offers cardio, body resistance strength training, movement and kickboxing skills all wrapped up in a tight healthy wrap sandwich. Ramp it up, cool it down...repeat.

  • I love the Trainers at my location. Alison is amazing. She tries to really get to know you and is a really hard worker. Kia is someone else who works there and she really pushes me. Both of them have got to my level and did the workout with me. That really is an amazing feeling. I love that every workout is different and if you can't do something they accommodate the workout. I always leave feeling good and wanting to come back.

  • I love the atmosphere of 9 rounds, when you walk in the trainers greet you and know you by name. They are helpful, caring, sincere and friendly to your needs and accomplishments. The workouts are never dull and I love the fact that you don't do the same one workout twice.
