  • I love the workouts. I have worked out my whole life and this is by far the best workout I have done. They are never boring and always keep me challenged. The owner is great and very personable. The trainers are great. Nathaniel always pushes me and he always goes out of his way to make my workout the best it can be. He really cares about the members and is always there for any concerns.

  • I like that the workouts change daily. This helps with boredom setting in. Every time I go in it is something new. The instructors take the time to explain what each round is. They also take the time to help develop the skills that are needed to participate in 9 rounds. (For example: how to do the kicks and punches, how to hit the different bags) It is a quick workout, but always feel like I got a great workout.

  • It is the best workout I have ever done. I have been going to gyms my whole life. I have been a member for almost 2 years. Nathaniel is one of the trainers and he is good at his job and really cares for his clients. He always goes out of his way to make sure you get the best and safe workout possible. . He has helped me so much. Craig the owner is also great. He gets to know his clients and helps them in any way he can. I absolutely love this gym and the people that go there. I look forward to going everyday.

    Craig "Crusher" Valier
    Craig is the owner of three Indianapolis area 9Rounds - Avon, Greenwood and Southport Road. His background includes High School and College (baseball) sports and has competed in amateur bodybuilding. He can relate to those members that are overweight and tired of being on meds, as he himself lost 70 pounds and during his journey was able to rid himself of all meds he was taking for high blood pressure, cholesterol and others. "My passion is to help others achieve the success that I worked for and to feel the satisfaction of taking control of your life!"

    Nathaniel "Ninja" Nolan is the manager of the Southport location.

    Emanuel is a professional Thai-boxer and kick-boxer. He has spent most of his professional combat sports career training in the Beautiful city of Athens/Greece and has competed nationally and internationally. With his extended expertise in combat sports, he can push anybody to their limits and even surpass it in a safe and professional way.

    Stacey "Goldilocks" Cox
    Stacey has always had a love of finding balance through diet and exercise. Keeping the body moving is what truly brings her peace and well-being, and allows her to stay focused. As a mother of 3, she understands the challenges involved with maintaining a healthy lifestyle in today's busy world. She credits her ability to compassionately help people to having been a hospice nurse and currently Animal Manager at the Humane Society of Johnson county. She is a current member herself and is in the process of becoming 9Round certified.
