  • It’s a great way to challenge yourself and everyday is something different which is great for building muscle and it doesn’t get boring. I like the quick in and out circuit and the trainers are always helpful. They’ll even challenge you more if you want them to. It’s what keeps me coming back!

  • I like that a 9Round workout pushes you and makes you keep your intensity up. The trainers are very friendly and encouraging. I like that it is 30 minutes of just focusing on each round and not thinking about anything else or what is going on around you, it is just you and that current round you are focusing on. Before 9Rounds I did not enjoy working out but this is fun and different each time.

  • I really enjoy the ability to focus intensely on one set of exercises for 3 minutes, and knowing that once those 3 minutes are finished I'll be on to the next exercise.   • I love this!! I’m four weeks in and usually, by now, so bored and dreading going to any ‘organized’ workout type place. 9Round is fast, it changes routines and it’s fun!! Jackson, who is at the Southport facility when I go, is amazing. He is always upbeat, encouraging and since I’m probably one of the oldest people who goes there he changes things up for me when needed. He really great and I enjoy my workouts when he is there! So glad I checked 9Round out!!!

  • Jackson is an awesome trainer! I never enjoyed working out but Jackson is a great motivator. I have taken two friends with me to 9Round and have a few others interested. Jackson always remembers names and has even greeted us before we even got to the door. He yells and fist bumps and encourages and makes me do more than I thought I could. I LOVE working out when he is there.

  • I was tired of the same old cardio on a elliptical or a treadmill so I gave 9 round a try. 9 Round is more than just cardio, it’s one of the best full body workouts I’ve ever tried. Having a trainer give you your workouts daily and help you push yourself to meet your goals is a big plus!

    Craig "Crusher" Valier
    Craig is the owner of three Indianapolis area 9Rounds - Avon, Greenwood and Southport Road. His background includes High School and College (baseball) sports and has competed in amateur bodybuilding. He can relate to those members that are overweight and tired of being on meds, as he himself lost 70 pounds and during his journey was able to rid himself of all meds he was taking for high blood pressure, cholesterol and others. "My passion is to help others achieve the success that I worked for and to feel the satisfaction of taking control of your life!"

    Bree has been a lifelong Indy southsider and went to Perry Meridian where she played basketball and soccer. She spent her undergrad years at IU and received a degree in Exercise Science followed by a dual Masters in Health Administration and Public Health at IUPUI. She is currently the Administrative Fellow for Community Health Network. "9Round has been a great outlet for me, to get back to that team environment I miss from basketball and soccer, with a great group that pushes and motivates you in the best way possible! Now I hope to do the same for all of the other amazing 9Round members!"
