About the team
Growing up in Bloomington, IN, Mabuchi has a background in sports participating in track and field, basketball and soccer, with soccer being his prim...ary sport. Soccer led to him competing in college at Anderson University, a Division III institution. Working as a college coach, as well as with youth from age 10-18 with Indiana Olympic Development Program, and Hoosier FC has led to Mabuchi developing a great range in how to help others. Coaching and training athletes now for 15+ years has has given him a platform to share his own passion for fitness while helping others any way he can in their journey. More

I like that every time I enter the gym, the experience is different! Every single day, there are new and innovative ways to exercise all parts of the body. I literally can’t say enough good things about this 9Round. From Jon being there every day always motivating me to do my best. To Collin being an amazing trainer and always being willing to explain ho... w something works. Then there’s Brittany who is soooo amazing at helping me out with my flexibility and showing me the best stretches after working out and really helping me with my leg workouts. Even the train set I only see a few times like Chase, she is just so nice! I used to go to Title boxing before this then they closed and I just went in for one workout at 9Round to try it out and I was instantly hooked. Signed up for a year and try to go at least 4 times a week. From the trainers to being able to modify workouts when you want, this is the best gym out there! I think how great my workout is depends on the trainer. This is the first workout thing that I don't hate. It's the first one I've done in any way consistently since the Army (and, there, it was only because they forced me to).
