The workouts are fun and I love that they change daily. I have learned that it's best to go in the morning because things get a little chaotic when there's too many people- other than that I highly recommend this as a way for people to get fit and have fun doing it!

  • I really love 9 round. I have no excuse not to workout. It’s a quick 30 min HIIT workout that gets my heart pumping. Love the heart rate board too because it drives me to do better each time. Love the staff because they are so encouraging and motivating. They also push and challenge me to be better. I am really happy I made the decision to come here. It’s convenient and it doesn’t run on schedules; I can come in anytime and start my workout at the buzzer! It keeps me coming back.

  • Tiffany <span class="nick-name">"Tif_Fit"</span> Duncan
    Tiffany "Tif_Fit" Duncan
    Tiffany joined our trainer team immediately after relocating to the greater Seattle, WA area with her husband, Sean. She is a lifelong multi-sport athlete and began pursuing her interests in fitness as a career choice in 2015. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Sports Leadership. She is also active with the American College of Sports Medicine through their program for Certified Personal Trainers. Her favorite part of being a trainer at 9Round is inspiring members to be their best and progress to new fitness levels that were initially not possible. Her hobbies include traveling and anything outdoors / fitness related in addition to time spent with her family and friends. Her favorite indulgences are craft beer and ice-cream -specifically peanut butter hot fudge sundaes -it's all about balance she says!

    Truong and Effie are the owners of 9Round Kickboxing Issaquah. Truong brings a fun, yet technical approach to his training and Effie is always greeting members with a smile. Their upbeat personalities combined with a hard work mentality brings an energetic presence to the training floor and cultivates a trainer team that genuinely cares about helping members change their lives and get in better shape!

    Staci "JayHawk" Ford
    Staci moved to the Seattle area in the fall of 2014 from Kansas City where she was born and raised! She became interested in fitness when she was introduced to Title Boxing Club in KC and has never looked back. When she moved to Washington, she found a home at Warrior Fitness Kickboxing and Circuit Training and continued to increase her fitness stamina, strength, and ability to work harder and faster towards her goals. When they closed their doors, She discovered 9Round and has been welcomed into their family with open arms. So far, she loves the fun (but hard working) atmosphere and the friendships she's made with trainers and the other members! Noting that she really loves the push and the energy of the gym, the fast pace of the 30 minute rounds and anything and everything bag related. Kicks, punches, elbows, etc. & also a big fan of squats!
  • Daniel <span class="nick-name">"Piru"</span> Miller
    Daniel "Piru" Miller
    Daniel have been involved in fitness for much of his life but more intensely in the last 3 years, recently winning the Gold’s Gym Fall Fit Games Individual and team competition. He played competitive soccer throughout high school, including playing for Sounders Academy and Eastside FC. He is currently studying the criminal justice field in hopes of becoming a police officer.
  • Anthony  Craparo
    Anthony Craparo
    Born and raised in New Jersey for 22years, Anthony has been training in mixed martial arts since the age of 14 and competed in Muay Thai fights at that age. At the age of 22yrs old, decided to join the Navy and worked with a dive and salvage unit. It was during his stint in the Navy that he found passion in fitness and functional training which led him to get certified and eventually getting his Associates in Exercise Science. He also graduated from the National Personal Training Institute shortly after. His experience and background from fighting, martial arts and functional fitness, he brings the love and passion to share this with his clients and members. Be on the look out, he still practices and competes in Brazilian Jujitsu tournaments with the goal of having a few more professional MMA fights. -Veteran, US Navy -Degree in Advanced Personal Training and Exercise Science -NPTI Personal Trainer -NPTI Nutrition Consultant
