  • I absolutely love 9Round Kickboxing. I love the quick and efficient 30 minute workouts and the attention the trainers give each member. I have tried a lot of different types of fitness and kickboxing is by far the best way to get a high intensive cardio workout! The PulsePoint heart rate monitor worn during the workouts helps me to keep within my target heart rate. At 9round there are no class times so there’s a lot of flexibility to fit in a workout your busy life. I highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a great workout where you leave feeling strong and empowered!

  • The convenience of no class times is the #1 reason that I am able to be consistent with going to work out. Also I am the type of person who does best with a guided workout, so having a trainer available right when I walk in the door with the workouts all pre-planned (and different every day) mean that I get to push my limits every single time. I have made more progress going to 9Round than any other gym or group fitness class for these reasons. The trainers are great, they make you feel like family when you arrive. I would recommend it a million times over!

    Tammie "Dragonfire" Freeman
    With a history of golf, tennis, basketball, and any outdoor activity, I have always had the desire to stay active in my life. My background is in corporate sales and marketing, but my passion is fitness and health. A mother of two who worked long hours, traveled 75% of the time and had little opportunity to spend with her family, the only relief that I found was fitness. The way I could relieve my stress was spending 30 minutes a day to release those endorphins and to energize myself to finish the day. My aspiration as an owner is to bring this same feeling of health and wellness to others with 9Round 30 Minute Kickboxing Fitness. I hope to provide every 9Round member with the empowerment to achieve their fitness goals, feel strong and most importantly be healthy.

    As a former collegiate soccer player and ex track & field athlete, my appreciation for health and fitness carried over into adulthood and has led me to the world of kickboxing. The peace of mind, mental strength, and physical empowerment that comes with exercising is something that I want to teach and share with others! Overcoming barriers in the gym allows you to bloom and grow into a better version of yourself, and this kind of achievement is what I strive to offer to our 9Round Kirkland members. I look forward to being apart of each unique fitness journey and unleashing their inner warrior, as it is no question that success in our gym will surely carry over into many other aspects of life in a positive way!

    From taking my first swim lesson, to becoming a competitive swimmer. From going on runs, to running track and field. From playing recreational soccer, to playing soccer in college. From learning to stretch, to becoming yoga certified in 2015. From my first class at 9Round, to now. I am excited to continue my journey within the health and wellness field and cannot wait to share what I feel I have learned to each and every one of you! My goal is to not only help each member reach their personal fitness goal(s) for while they are working out with our team inside of 9Round, but to help each member reach their personal goals in regard to their overall mind, body and spirit.

    Baylee "Sinister" Sinner
    I grew up in a family of athletes, so I’ve always been surrounded by sports and competition. I played just about everything growing up, and as I got older chose to solely focus on volleyball which I still play today. Last year I became a certified yoga instructor which really expanded my knowledge of not just physical, but mental fitness. I love coming into work at 9round and encouraging, informing, and building relationships with members. My favorite part of the job is being able to witness firsthand the transformation that comes from hardwork and dedication.

    Valeria "Baby V" Gomez
    I have always had a passion for helping others fulfill their dreams, goals and desires. Being physically active has helped me not only feel great, but has helped me mentally get through any hardships I have encountered. Helping others achieve this is not easy but not impossible. I have been told that if you really want something you can have it if you’re willing to put in the blood, sweat, and tears. Don’t get caught up in society; stay in your own lane; you are your own competition!
