  • I love that there are no class schedules and I love the posted workouts! I show up, and get an awesome work out in just 30 minutes! The workouts change every day so it's always a challenge, and the heart monitors are helpful to see where I'm at with fat burning. I also love how friendly and helpful the staff is. All around I love this business model and the work out type.

  • I love that there aren't any class times and that the way the gym is configured so I can just hop onto a station and get my workout in. But overall what makes this place great is the trainers, I love the trainers at my location in Kirkland, WA. They make me feel comfortable and I don't feel neglected, I feel they're with me every step of the way - encouraging me to keep going. They're awesome!

    Tammie "The Dragon" Freeman
    With a history of golf, tennis, basketball, and any outdoor activity, I have always had the desire to stay active in my life. My background is in corporate sales and marketing, but my passion is fitness and health. A mother of two who worked long hours, traveled 75% of the time and had little opportunity to spend with her family, the only relief that I found was fitness. The way I could relieve my stress was spending 30 minutes a day to release those endorphins and to energize myself to finish the day. My aspiration as an owner is to bring this same feeling of health and wellness to others with 9Round 30 Minute Kickboxing Fitness. I hope to provide every 9Round member with the empowerment to achieve their fitness goals, feel strong and most importantly be healthy.

    Hawi "HawiDoIt" Gezai
    I have had the love for fitness, my whole life. My athletic life started out as an energetic kid playing basketball, running cross country and later competing in full and half marathons. Training and preparing for those athletic events sharpened my work ethic and drove me to achieving my fitness goals. This became my passion and career to help others achieve their own fitness and health goals. My background as a Personal Trainer helped me to specialize in endurance training and my affection is core strengthening.     As a former collegiate soccer player and ex track & field athlete, my appreciation for health and fitness carried over into adulthood and has led me to the world of kickboxing. The peace of mind, mental strength, and physical empowerment that comes with exercising is something that I want to teach and share with others! Overcoming barriers in the gym allows you to bloom and grow into a better version of yourself, and this kind of achievement is what I strive to offer to our 9Round Kirkland members. I look forward to being apart of each unique fitness journey and unleashing their inner warrior, as it is no question that success in our gym will surely carry over into many other aspects of life in a positive way!

    Lauren "The Lioness" Acton
    An athlete her entire life, Lauren loves all things fitness! From competitive cheerleading and golf to surfing and HIIT bootcamps, Lauren loves pushing herself and exploring all of her fitness potentials. She has learned the powerful connection of body & mind and staying healthy from the inside out, and has turned this into her daily way of living. She hopes to share this message with all 9Round members while liberating them into challenging themselves and getting out of their comfort zone, all with a smile on her face.     Angie "AngDog" Johnson
    Since I can remember fitness has been a vital part of not only my physical but emotional well being. Staying active and taking care of my body has proven to be an effective way to live my life. This is one of the many reasons I was drawn to 9Round fitness. Being a mom of two young kids, it is hard to find the free time to fit in an hour of cardio and endurance circuit training. I love that 9Round gives everyone the opportunity to do this in only a half hours time! As a trainer at 9Round I look forward to working with our members and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
