I've been working out at 9 Round for a month and a half now, and I LOVE my results. I've lost almost all of the fat in my thighs and stomach (which were my problem areas), gained muscle all over, and still lost 12 pounds since when I started. This is a FANTASTIC gym with trainers who not only walk you through every step of the way- they treat you like family. I've worked out at the Rush, Planet Fitness, and university gyms, and THEY DON'T HOLD A CANDLE TO THIS PLACE. 9 Round is affordable, it's flexbile to anyone's schedule, and it's FAMILY. If that's not reason enough to go to a gym, then you need to rethink your outlook on life.
I have been a mbr now for five weeks and I love it!!! When I first walked in, I was rather nervous, being 49 years old! Well the upbeat personality and kindness I received from Cameron SOLD ME!!! I scheduled my free day trial showed two days later and I immediately signed up. 9 round trainers never make you feel as though you are a failure, there is constant positive feedback and corrections made on the spot! I love this place because I never get bored and who does not have 30 minutes to have a great work out!!!!! I can't believe the energy and tightness I am now showing. This place is great, because you do not worry about what others are doing,(you don't have time) you are focus on your station work outs and get cheered on by the trainers!!!! And you switch it up every 3 minutes with no stopping!!!! NO MORE FLABBY ARMS!!! LOL
I kept hearing about 9 Round for about a year. I work 2 full time jobs and was going to school, I thought I didn’t have time to work out. I kept telling myself that “You are too out of shape to do that, get in shape and then try it.” So I kept postponing it. After about a year of “trying to get in shape” at other gyms I finally decided to give 9 Round a try. In December of 2013 I decided to give it my all and do this 9 Round. The first workout was incredibly hard, I barely made it through the whole thing. But I kept going back. Workout after workout I realized the amazing things my body could now do. My “30 second punchouts” were incredibly stronger and I felt better about myself. It has now been 4 weeks of doing 9 Round, and I can truly say that I feel different about everything in my life. I’m not trying to get skinny; I am trying to get healthy! 9 Round is the perfect place to get your life back! I have lost 34 pounds, gone down 4 dress sizes, and I owe it all to 9 Round! My biggest regret was not starting earlier!! You do not have to be in shape to do 9 Round. I was completely out of shape, and could barely finish the rounds. 4 weeks later, I am doing bonus rounds at least twice a week. The trainers are excellent and can modify the workouts for you. They help you every step of the way to help you become the best you can be. Cameron and Chris are both wonderful and greet you by name as you walk in! 30 minutes after work, before work, whatever your busy schedule is. It’s only 30 minutes!! That’s the best part about it! You can’t get a better workout for that time! I still have a long way to go, but it is amazing the difference a simple 30 days can make!! Thank you 9 Round Knoxville!

The best kick butt workout with a trainer in town ...I've been going to 9 round for almost a month and it is awesome!!!!! Always challenging and never the same old thing,so your guaranteed results... Love this place....
It's the best use of 30 minutes that I can think of. It's an open environment where anyone with different fitness levels and goals can feel comfortable. The trainers are very friendly and know exactly how to motivate each member. My favorite part is they know everyone by name.

Cameron "The DRAGON" SzenfeldCameron Elias Szenfeld started Japanese Shoto-Kan Karate at the age of 6. For the next few years he excelled above the ranks of his belts with Honor and Integrity. He Persevered and by the age of 10 he gained his First Degree Black Belt. As the old saying went, "A Black Belt is a White Belt that never quits" So he continued on through the ranks of each degree of black belts through out the years, earning him respect among his fellow students and masters. He was trained by both Kevin "Hurricane" Hudson and his brother now founder of 9 Round, Shannon "The Cannon" Hudson. By the time he turned the age of 20. He got his Fourth Degree Black Belt and decided to pursue new ideas. Started with 9 Round Kickboxing fitness to help others to get fit and never hit 9 Rounds at a time, taking on the fight title Cameron "The Dragon"!
