    Julie "Dynamite" Spitzer
    Julie's passion for fitness began in her mid-twenties when she got up off the couch and began to run. With hundreds of running races under her belt, she added swimming, cycling and strength training to her routine. As a runner, triathlete and fitness instructor, she was quickly sold on the 9Round system, saying "It's just hard to beat the energy and effectiveness of this 30-min workout. She and her husband, Mike were eager for a new challenge and there was no doubt that 9Round ownership was the perfect fit for them.

    Adam "Bomb" Ferguson
    Adam has been playing sports since a young age. His highest sports achievements come from football. He received 2 defensive MVP awards, 3 all-region naming’s, and the Gatorade’s defensive player of the year award. Adam followed his life’s passion for fitness by seeking a dream job of personal training. He has gained several certifications including: the National Academy of Sports Medicine personal training and supplements and group fitness. Adam has built a reputation as a trainer who loves to work with clients of varying age and fitness levels. Adam brings his experience, knowledge, and motivating energy to 9Round each and every day.

    Lisa "Hard Knocks" Lutz
    Lisa has always had a passion for fitness and helping other's to improve their health. With over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, Lisa's accomplished career includes positions as club manager, fitness director, group exercise coordinator and personal trainer. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Tech in Exercise and Health Promotion. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a IFBB Bikini Pro. Lisa truly believes that exercise will add life to your years and years to your life. She immediately loved the 9Round format and is eager to help members achieve their goals 9Round style.

    Kassie ""The Killer"" Kihara
    Kassie believes in living an active lifestyle. She began competing in sports and running at a young age. Kassie graduated in 2015 with a degree in Exercise Science. She went on to work as a physical therapist while teaching various fitness classes. The moment she entered 9Round, she fell in love with the energy and enthusiasm. As a certified trainer, Kassie shares her love for fitness by encouraging others and helping them reach their goals.
