About the team
Andrea is a NASM certified personal trainer and specializes in corrective exercise. She is originally from Colombia and bilingual in English and Span...ish. Her passion for fitness started when she decided to join a kickboxing class at an MMA gym 5 years ago. Currently she does cross training and she enjoys group setting classes and outdoor activities. As a 9Round trainer her goal is to help all members to achieve their fitness goals so they can enjoy the benefits of having an active and healthy life style. More
Lauri was a multi-sport athlete in school, and has always been passionate about health and fitness. She married her high school sweetheart, and they h...ave a spoiled furbaby that loves to swim and take walks. Lauri was a law enforcement fitness specialist for a few years before moving to Florida. She enjoys being a 9round trainer and motivating clients to achieve their goals while having fun. More
Kaitlen has been a teacher for 7 years for all ages with experience in fitness and health nutrition on the side. She has a strong passion for a health...y lifestyle and boxing. She has 5+ years of boxing experience along with amateur boxing training. Kaitlen also loves to travel, go to the beach, and concerts. Her goal is to share her knowledge with 9Round members and help them achieve the best version of themselves! More
Jenn is originally from New York and has a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany. She is a wife and mother of three. After her... second unhealthy pregnancy she decided to make some life changes. Jenn changed her eating habits and made fitness a daily part of her life. She lost over a hundred pounds and found a passion in fitness. After having her third child and losing the baby weight she decided she wanted to help others get healthy. In 2018 Jenn became a NCCPT certified personal trainer and is excited to help people reach their goals. More
Robert has been active from very early on in life. At age 5 he started Taekwondo, reaching senior brown belt status by age 9. Throughout high school a...nd college he competed in local and national paintball tournaments and trained jiu-jitsu. When he's not in the gym he loves saltwater fishing, camping, paintball, golf and following MMA. He also has a special place in his heart for animals and often takes his rescue dog Lucy on his adventures. Robert hopes to bring his enthusiasm to the gym while helping others become stronger and happier while reaching their fitness goals. More
Katlin played softball for 17 years and during her freshman year of college, she got into weightlifting. Once she graduated and stopped playing softb...all, she wanted to find something athletic that she would enjoy. After her first workout at 9ROUND she was hooked and has been a member since June 2018. Katlin enjoys doing 1-on-1 pad work with members and will make sure you get a killer workout! More
David is originally from New York City and grew up watching and competing in many sports including football, basketball, baseball, and MMA fighting. P...hysically, he was in great shape until he was forced to stop due to 2 concussions. Just before moving to Florida, he got his CDL and has been driving semi-trucks for the past 4 years. Life on the road as a trucker can be very unhealthy. Once David discovered 9ROUND, he knew he could make a change and get back to a healthier lifestyle. Once he committed to 3 times per week, he felt amazing! Now he looks forward to helping our members achieve their fitness goals as well. More

The best things about 9 round is the fact the faculty takes a personal interest in you. They know you and they encourage you to meet your health goals. This was my second workout with 9Round and I loved it! The first workout kicked my butt, however, I had already intended to come in and ask for more variety in each 3 minutes to keep things fresh. Wel... l they already thought of that (duh, this is a successful franchise) and the second workout blew that first one out of the water! Lots of variety that pushes you on each round! Great encouragement from Hector & Kathleen today. I’m already feeling stronger!
