You work at your own pace, hit the bag as hard as you can hit it. No judgement. My favorite station is the trainer lead station. Awesome group of trainers working there.

  • The best thing about 9Round is the results. I'm 50 years old & in 5 months, I've lost over 55 pounds, I'm leaner, my core is rock solid & I feel great! The workouts are never the same, they are always fun & there's something therapeutic about punching & kicking the heavy bag. I can go whenever I want, work as hard as I want & I can even pick what songs to listen to. The trainers know your name & are always positive & encouraging.   • What do I like best about 9Round? EVERYTHING. First off, the minute I walk in the door every trainer greets me by name EVERY TIME. I also love that I am getting a good, hard, workout in just 30 minutes. I have never left there thinking to myself "well that was a pointless workout." My favorite part of the workout is the trainer lead pad drills. I love being able to be pulled off multiple rounds to do extra pad work. I've done many different workouts over the last few years and this is the first one I haven't gotten sick of and quit. I actually look forward to going. Every day is a different workout and if a trainer thinks something is to easy for you, they will modify it so you are forced to push yourself and work harder. If you are looking for a fast, fun and intense workout, I would highly recommend 9Round!

  • The intensity that is guaranteed at workouts. It was difficult for me to warm up on my own before. I was training to be a pro baseball player and regret not doing HIIT with 9round. This will continue to put me in the best shape of my life. I play basketball baseball soccer and football this workout makes life easy when I hit the field.

  • I love the place! The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is very clean with new equipment. The workouts are challenging and constantly changing. I am getting pushed a level higher than I would ever push myself. And I love the format-- 30 minutes long, intense, start your personal workout anytime. It fits perfectly into the busy schedule most of us have and because of that I am much less likely to miss a workout day.

    Demetrius "The Demon" Alexander
    Demetrius “The Demon” Alexander was born and raised with a passion for fitness. His athletic background ranges from being selected to all star football games to engaging in combative training with fellow soldiers in his unit. Demetrius joined the military as a 17-year-old still in high school and the vigorous training he has gone through has molded him to a highly motivated individual with a drive for success. He attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln where he chose the major of nutrition and exercise science as well as work in the strength and conditioning field. The Demon is ready to get you fired up and help you pursue your fitness goals.

    Alexander "The Rooster" Romero
    Alexander “The Rooster” Romero was raised in Nebraska before joining the U.S. Marine Corps where Alex developed his passion for fitness and the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP). After his career in the Marine Corps, in order to stay focused, Alex continued in his fitness journey that consists of High Intensity Interval Training and kickboxing workouts. Alex was also an under-water diving professional following the Marine Corps and now helps serve the Nebraska community as a family support service professional.     "Rowdy Roddy" Todd
    "Rowdy Roddy" Todd is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps helicopter-borne infantry and is familiar with intense training. He has spent many years in fitness and martial arts, including MCMAP - the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, and finds 9Round to be the ideal platform for combining his needs for high intensity sports and a passion for helping others develop a craft while reaching their fitness goals.     Steph "The Scrapper" Bailly
    Steph “The Scrapper” Bailly started her fitness journey in high school as a cheerleader. She grew up admiring her brothers who have always had a passion for working out and staying fit. As a nurse in training she understands the importance of fitness and the effects it can have on your personal health. She loves to help and motivate others to reach their personal goals.     Trevor "The Lion" Vettel
    Hear him roar! Trevor "The Lion" is originally from Aurora, NE, but grew up in Decatur, IL. Trevor graduated from college at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE. Trevor has always been competitive, participating in baseball, basketball, and football in high school. Trevor also played collegiate baseball. Trevor has always had a strong interest in the discipline of martial arts. He practiced kickboxing in high school at a local gym. 9Round has given Trevor the opportunity to fuel his competitiveness and continue his growth through the best means possible – kickboxing.

    Josh "Osmo" Osmotherly
    Josh “Osmo" Osmotherly grew up a skater boy in Torrington, Wyoming. It wasn’t until later that he found his passion in fitness when he started weight lifting in Jobcorp. At the age of 27 he earned his certification in personal training through National Academy of Sports Medicine. Now he’s training at 9Round fitness and loving every second of it!

    Aaron "Slim Papi" Walker
    Aaron "Slim Papi" is a native of Lincoln who’s always had a passion for sports and working out - primarily with basketball. After graduating Southeast High School and then playing basketball in College, Aaron has spent loads of time doing skills training and coaching others and he's had plenty of experience around what it means to be fit and dedicated to a cause such as fitness. "Slim Papi" has always been a people person and loves encouraging and working with members to achieve their goals. In addition to Kickboxing, Aaron has had experience in strength training.     Vanessa “Lockness” Crawford is happily from Kansas City, Missouri. She has always been a part of a team, which means she hasn’t stopped her desire to stay busy and fit. In four years she completed her certification as a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Vanessa now studies Nutrition and Exercise Health Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is ready to perfect your form and push you to your limits!

    Kelsey "Kangaroo" Kessler
    Kelsey "the kangaroo" Kessler was born and raised in Columbus, Nebraska. Growing up my family was always physically active, and always trying to find new ways to get into shape. I realized my love for staying active when I was young, which led me to compete in cross country, basketball, and track and field in high school. After high school, I took my love for exercise and nutrition along with me to college. I attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and am currently majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics in my hopes of becoming a Registered Dietitian. 9Rounds is by far my favorite workout I have participated in. My goal is to help make 9rounds your best workout while reaching all of your fitness goal!

    Hi! My name is Lindsey Gasper. I am originally from Columbus, Nebraska. I fell in love with working out at 9Round when I lived in Columbia, MO where I was a member of the local 9Round for close to a year. It has changed my outlook on how fun and rewarding a gym like this can really be! I want to share my love with others who have the aspiration to become a better and stronger version of themselves. I also like to run and hike in my spare time and the club has allowed me to be better at both. I am excited to be a part of 9Round Lincoln!

With a no pain-no gain attitude, Tim challenges your mind and body while leaving you with a sense of accomplishment that keeps you focused on your goals. Tim is a graduate of the Master Kickboxing Trainer camp and has also completed training under the legendary boxing trainer Xavier "Bad-pads" Biggs.
