How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Kelsey "Fletch" FletcherKelsey is the owner of 9Round Littleton. She graduated from college and worked as a nutritionist for 3 years. In 2014, she joined 9Round as a member because the flexibility allowed her to finally fit an awesome exercise program back into her busy schedule. She fell in love with the program and was inspired to open one of her own! Her favorite kickboxing move is the roundhouse kick. Her favorite thing about being a trainer at 9Round is: " It's a tossup. It's either when members come in frustrated with something going on in their life, and after just 30 minutes of some kicking and punching- they're smiling and in a way better mood than when they walked in the door! Or my other favorite thing is when members have been coming in consistently for a few weeks, they start feeling stronger and can do a real pushup or situp now! Or they have gone down 3 dress sizes and feel confident as ever...That's truly the best feeling as a trainer. It makes my entire week that much better!"
9 Round in Littleton is great! I have been going for over a year and I love the variety and convenient location. I go 2-4 x a week usually and my energy level has improved. The trainers are friendly and motivating and the music keeps me dancin' ;) The best thing is going when you want to- no set class times.

Love Littleton 9Round! :) The location is super convenient and, since there's no class times, I have no excuse to not go. The workout changes enough that I don't get bored. The trainers are great! I was wicked intimidated going in the first time, but everyone there has been so welcoming and nice.
9 Round in Littleton, MA is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. The workouts have increased my energy level significantly and I have seen great results in dropping 2 pant sizes. This is part of my recovery from and illness and it has been an amazing help.
I love 9Round! I've struggled to stick with fitness in the past but I've been consistently going to 9Round for 4 months now. Everyday is different and the trainers are so helpful. No class times have been key in not letting myself make excuses not to show up. I would recommend 9Round to anyone for a great workout routine that's easy to stay with!
