My Favorite Rear End Lifting Exercise

If you ask any woman what body part she'd most like to improve, I think 90% of them would scream unanimously, "my butt!" If a perkier butt is on your wish list, I have made a video of one of my favs. But, if you know me at all, you KNOW I'm going to incorporate as many muscles as I possibly can during this one move, to improve all over body toning and calorie burn!

Pay close attention to the details I mention that not only blast deep into your glute muscles, but also include the arms and core!

Do this correctly, and you WILL be sore the next day. 3 sets of 15-20 reps each side is what I recommend. Do that 3x a week, and you'll love the results.
