Christine MatthewsChristine, "The Machine", is owner/ACE certified personal trainer and is originally from Saint Paul, Minnesota. She has been trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while serving in the Army and has spent the last 10 years kickboxing. Christine is very passionate about helping others on their fitness journey and is excited to bring the awesome 9Round experience to Louisville. "Our gym is a place with no judgment. It's filled with motivating and thoughtful trainers who help others achieve their goals and celebrate success."
Mandi RyanMandi, "The Savage", is originally from Chesapeake, Virginia and recently moved to Colorado. She is the lead trainer at 9Round Louisville, ACE certified personal trainer, and comes to us with experience as a strength and conditioning coach. Mandi's personal interest in fitness came after a softball accident when her weight began to increase to over 200lbs. She decided enough was enough and began running half a mile every day along with weight training. The weight started coming off and she has been addicted to an active lifestyle ever since. Mandi is excited to join the team because the energy at 9Round Louisville is contagious! "You arrive hyped about the workout and you leave satisfied. Josue LopezJosue, "The Predator", is originally from Broomfield, Colorado. A former wrestler, he became a state champion while in high school and has continued his passion for fitness through weight lifting the past 10 years. As a 9Round certified trainer, Josue loves to guide others to their physical and mental limits. The "Predator" will train you to focus your energy and hunt down your fitness goals!
Darryl CohenDarryl “The Catalyst” Cohen and 9Round Certified Trainer, is originally from Vernon, Connecticut, and moved to Colorado after graduating from college. He suffered a knee injury playing basketball during his final year of school, which caused him to look for new ways to stay active. Upon moving to Colorado, he was introduced to yoga, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga. He developed such a passion for mixed martial arts, that he began volunteering to help train the children at his dojo. It was through this contribution he realized that personal training was something that he needed to pursue. Darryl loves empowering others, and helping them exceed their fitness goals.
