  • It is true statement with 9Round where you "hate" the workout, but love the completion of the workout. I may need extra motivation to get there, but I do love the results I've seen and how much stronger I am because of the quick workouts.

  • Alicia, Tony and the other trainers are great. Facility is very clean and in good shape. Equipment is new and clean. Members are passionate about working out and are good people. Great workout that is quick and as hard as you want to make it. I highly recommend 9Round!!

  • My favorite aspects of Round9 are the blend of exercises (cardio, balance, strength), having the routine worked out for you, and the personal touch of having the trainer on-site. I want to think as little as possible but also know/be given assurance I'm doing things correctly, Round9 has been exceptional in delivering this experience.

  • I like that the trainer is there to make sure my form is correct, and to offer alternatives to the exercises written on the board because of possible limitations and/or injuries (sore shoulder, bad knee, etc.). The trainer that is there during my workouts IS the reason I am there, and not at another local gym doing things on my own without direction. The trainer also motivates me to work harder and push myself further than I would on my own. She is friendly, helpful and encouraging. I also appreciate diversity in the work out. It makes the time go a lot faster when there is multiple moves or sets for each round. Jumping rope for 3 minutes straight can feel like an eternity to a beginner like me.
