About Our Location

9Round is a 30 minute total body workout. We always have at least one trainer on hand and we can modify the workout no matter what your fitness level is. We preplan the workout every Morning so you never have to waste time trying to figure out what to do and guarentees you get a great workout everytime. Also, with a new round starting every 3 minutes you come on your schedule. You never have to worry about missing a class that you already paid for.

    Doug is the owner of 9Round Madison West as well as the owner of 9Round Waukesha. Doug changed his life around 4 years ago when his wife told him he should check out the 9Round down the street. He was immediately addicted and lost 40lbs and 9" off his waist in 9 months and hasn't looked back since. 4 years ago Doug could not run a mile and last year he completed his first half marathon thru Devils Lake and his first marathon thru the Kettle Moraine State Forest. He loves pushing and motivating his members to go beyond what they thought was possible. Favorite Rd. Rd 8 Favorite drill. Iron cross

Whether you need a drill sergeant barking at you to motivate you, or just a check-in once in a while, maybe to correct a posture or simply to make sure you're doing ok, they've gotcha covered! I am most impressed with bringing in both physical and mental baggage, and post-workout, I only leave with my physical bags. It's the very first time that my physical therapist has literally prescribed kickboxing to a patient, so I am The Chosen One! It's not a fad, nor a fly-by-night deal for me. I must go to keep my core atrength and to stay out of my wheelchair, and I don't see any 30-minute circuit as anything but a miracle for me!
