9Round is a 30 minute total body workout. We always have at least one trainer on hand and we can modify the workout no matter what your fitness level is. We preplan the workout every Morning so you never have to waste time trying to figure out what to do and guarentees you get a great workout everytime. Also, with a new round starting every 3 minutes you come on your schedule. You never have to worry about missing a class that you already paid for.

He was immediately addicted and lost 40lbs and 9" off his waist in 9 months and hasn't looked back since. 4 years ago Doug could not run a mile and last year he completed his first half marathon thru Devils Lake and his first marathon thru the Kettle Moraine State Forest.
