Nicole "Shorty Spice" RobertsNicole has worked in the fitness industry for over 20years, she loves to build bonds with her clients to help them reach their fitness goals. She's been certified as a personal trainer, Spartan SGX coach, group fitness and so many more, as her love for fitness has kept her interests very diverse. Nicole is passionate about 9Round and the benefits it can bring to a wide variety of fitness levels. She has worked with many clients with injuries and is very helpful in providing modifications to help them achieve their desired results. Nicoles favorite exercise is ALL of them!
Melissa "Mel Fly" FlynnI am very athletic, always have played sports since high school. I have an Associates degree in Health Science with a concentration in Nutrition and Wellness Certified personal trainer through NCSF, working on my CPT through NASM. Certified Spartan SGX coach, I am an avid Spartan racer, I have most recently been attempting more in the elite race series to challenge myself! I love everything Health and wellness, I lead a very active lifestyle, all of my spare time is spent either at the gym or with my pup Willie walking, running or you can find us in the mountains. Favorite exercise BEAR CRAWLS.
