Every time I go to 9Round, and next day I sore different body part. I can definitely tell that I am doing a total body exercise. I am the person who wasted my money to a regular gym many times for not... going. It has been more than a month since I joined, and I go to 9Round three times a week because it's fun, and only 30 minutes a time. Everyday is different body and mental conditions. But I can do this because it is only 30 minutes! I have not checked my weight purposely so I cannot tell if I am losing weight. But I can tell that I am getting stronger. I needed to measure my waist for buying a pair of pants, and I lost 1.5 inches! I have been playing a sports for over 30 years. My body is falling apart and I had tiled hip bone, IT band issue, low back pain, shoulder pain, etc. I was not sure how much I can do because of the pain. But trainers can adjust what I should do, and based on the training, I feel like I am gradually strengthening muscle and helping those pains to be recovered. I absolutely love 9Round! It’s different every time you work out. It’s an small atmosphere and I feel you get individual attention from each one of the trainers. I have been working out at 9Round for about a month and I love it! I have always struggled to find the right workout for me. I have felt with other workouts that I am just being tourtured... and cou... nt the minutes till its done. This has been such a fun workout for me to do. This has been challenging yet fun and something I look forward to. It's awesome because its always different, only 30 minutes and the trainers are all really nice and great to work with. I am already feeling a difference mentally... it really has helped me manage stress and I feel like I am getting physically stronger! I love it! I've told lots of people about it. I was welcomed with open arms and, despite being pushed to my limit and beyond, I have never felt like I didn't belong. When I can't do an exercise, th... ey have an alternative that is just as challenging at my level for me to do. They are encouraging and make you smile even when you feel like you can't keep going. I was in a car accident a couple of months ago and couldn't go in.
