  • I love how I don’t have to think about what my workouts will be. It is super easy to fit into my day and its only 30 minutes and while working out it goes by so fast. I really like that the workouts change everyday so your always doing something new. The hours are very flexible and the trainers are so motivating and always give modifications when needed.   • You do a great job of motivating people to get to their target Heart rate and giving people personalized attention... making us want to come back for more. I truly appreciated that the coaches / trainers were willing to help me to adapt activities for being older (61) and for having bad knees and a tender Left SI joint (low back) as well as Right shoulder. The work outs were fun and the trainers were up beat... making us want to come back for more. My suggestion is that you encourage people to stretch out before and after their work outs. As a Physical Therapist, many people will tend to pull muscles if they are tight and don't warm up enough... and/or before they go home they can sit to the side and stretch those muscles out. Just a suggestion. As a physical Therapist, I will encourage others to go to 9round as a fun way to exercise. As for myself, it might not be the right fit... as my SI joint was quite tender and my knees don't handle the squatting like they used to.   • I love the convenience of flexible hours and the 30 minute in-and-out workout that keeps burning fat hours after I've rung the bell! I'm seeing great results in the 5 weeks since I started and attribute that to the effectiveness of the trainers and the prepared workout routines. What I like most about 9 Rounds is the 3 minute circuit training that keeps every workout fresh, challenging and doable!

    I am pleased to bring 9Round to people in the Milford area in order to achieve my mission of improving health outcomes. My team and I will help our members realize that they are in charge of the direction of their health. Simply by becoming a 9Round member (aka. "9Rounder"), we will provide you with the best workout on the planet! Every human needs an exercise program that is efficient and sustainable, and that IS 9Round! Get your fitness done right in a lot less time than traditional ways of working out with the 9Round 30 minute fitness circuit! Our rates are much more affordable compared to "other" trainer led programs! A trainer is key if you want guaranteed results! All you need to do is show up for 3 workouts per week!
