I am pleased to bring 9Round to people in the Milford area in order to achieve my mission of improving health outcomes. My team and I will help our me...mbers realize that they are in charge of the direction of their health. Simply by becoming a 9Round member (aka. "9Rounder"), we will provide you with the best workout on the planet! Every human needs an exercise program that is efficient and sustainable, and that IS 9Round! Get your fitness done right in a lot less time than traditional ways of working out with the 9Round 30 minute fitness circuit! Our rates are much more affordable compared to "other" trainer led programs! A trainer is key if you want guaranteed results! All you need to do is show up for 3 workouts per week! More

Hi! My name is Eli. Before becoming a trainer at 9Round I worked with the program regularly for about 8-9 months. When I first came in I was out of sh...ape. I couldn’t make it all the way through the workout physically, and I felt very defeated mentally. I had just moved back from Buffalo NY due to a heart-breaking life event. All of the hurt and change left me with little motivation to move on. Through 9Round I pushed forward. Greatly improving my body and mind. My endurance and strength increased. I became more confident. I soon realized I could push through the mental defeat I was facing little by little, the same way I pushed through my workouts. The trainers at 9Round were highly encouraging, and ultimately 9Round helped me care about my life more. I aim to bring that same encouragement to those I train today. More
Hello everyone! Martial Arts have been a part of my life since I was very young. When I moved to NH, I chose 9Round fitness to take my kickboxing and... conditioning to the next level. I haven’t looked back since! It was the best decision I could have made for my health. Now I am closer to my fitness goals than ever before, and I have 9Round to thank for that. I was a member for over a year, and now I am happily working as a 9Round Certified trainer. I am excited to teach kickboxing inspired fitness to everyone at any level and help members move closer to their fitness goals and improved health with each 30 minute session! More
Fitness has always been a passion of mine. I love any kind of exercise and love learning new things in the gym. I Started running after college just f...or fun and One day I decided to run a half marathon and since then I have been hooked on long distance running. After several half marathons I trained myself for my first full marathon in May 2018 6 months after having a baby. I love how the 9Round work out is different every day and it’s always challenging my body in a new way. I love a good challenge. The instructors are amazing. Not in your face, but offer assistance when you need clarification on a work out, or correcting your form. Heart rate monitor helps you work out EFFICIENTLY. You don’t hav... e to kill yourself to be affective. (This mind set is what has always pushed me away from working out.) I’ve been going for 3.5 weeks, eating clean and I’m down 10 pounds. The workout is SO effective and efficient! I will say that the four hour closure in the middle of the day twice a week and limited hours on other days is a bit inconvenient. I also see a lot of turnov... er on staff, which isn’t really a bad thing but certainly noticed. Overall I am so happy to be a 9Rounder and would definitely recommend to friends.
