My favorite part of 9Rounds is how convenient it is. There are no scheduled times and you can get a great workout in 30 minutes. I also love the high intensity of the workout and that you're always mo... ving. Since you're always moving there is very little time for you to think about "this is hard" or "I'm tired" - you just do it. Finally, I love that there is no stigma or judgements in the 9Rounds gym.
