  • My favorite part of 9Rounds is how convenient it is. There are no scheduled times and you can get a great workout in 30 minutes. I also love the high intensity of the workout and that you're always moving. Since you're always moving there is very little time for you to think about "this is hard" or "I'm tired" - you just do it. Finally, I love that there is no stigma or judgements in the 9Rounds gym. People of all fitness levels come there and everyone respects everyone else. It's my favorite place to workout and I'm definitely enjoying the results.

  • For my chaotic life at the moment, I’d have to say the 30 minute full body workout is what I love about 9Round. But...there is much more. I love the variety, I love my coaches, I love kicking and punching out my crazy, I love how close it is to my office and with a dual location close to my home...it’s a win win! I love how strong I feel there. I love the sweat dripping off me when I’m done. I love the feeling of accomplishment. I love my 9 Rounds and get mad when life gets in the way of my workouts!

    Scott "Showtime" James-( Owner/Trainer) is a graduate of the College of Charleston and relocated to the Charleston area back in 2001. Showtime was a student of Krav Maga and an avid fight sports fan in general. "Seeing changes and results in members is awesome and very fulfilling. Can't is not a word allowed in these gyms!"
