9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

Rachel "FlyGirl" TiptonRachel has studied the human body and the way it moves for the 20+ years she has worked in the fitness industry. She is Mom to Roxie, a dancer, aerialist, golfer, and overall fitness nerd. She grew up in Martinsville, Virginia, where she took her first ballet class. From that moment on, she pursued the art of movement and fitness in a variety of ways throughout her career in dance on stage, film, and television, always maintaining a job at a gym to compliment her performance schedule. She has found that her true passion is helping people work through their personal obstacles in order to reach their health and fitness goals. Her unorthodox motivational style is where toughness meets softness. It's an understanding of how to push people to their limits and beyond. Rachel is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist, aerial arts trainer, Pilates expert, and flexibility specialist.
