9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

I am a 9 Round addict! I love the workouts but what I love even more is that it's only 30minutes! Even if it's busy the longest you'll wait to start a round is 3 minutes. I've been a member since October 2015. I have lost 40 pounds and quite a few inches. (225lbs to 185lbs) and went from a size 16/17 to a size 8/9. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating. The owners go in and workout with everyone as well.
Amazing gym! Came in for my first workout and Cali worked with me the entire time and was so patient and energetic! The music was great to workout to and the workout itself was killer! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to get in shape and see results.

Callie "Southpaw" MaloneyCallie was born and raised in Southern California, she grew up living a very competitive and active west coast lifestyle. Her dedication as an athlete and her over all fitness has always led her to excel in anything she puts her mind to. Callie became a 9Round member the day our doors opened up in 2012. She has dominated all challenges and has been a inspirational leader on and off the floor. With her passion for fitness and love for the gym and its members she set her sights on becoming a certified 9Round Trainer. Certified at the age of 19, she brings an intense and motivating workout to the floor. She is headstrong and determined to improve others as well as herself. Callie is extremely dedicated to the members, their goals and the 9Round mission. Callie will inspire, encourage and push you through every round knowing that your goals are now her goals as well. Since you will get nothing but the best from Callie she expects nothing but the best out of you.
Serge "The Powerhouse" CohenSerge “The powerhouse” has been an all around athlete since his younger days in France. After several years of judo and gymnastics, he made his marks in a 15 year career as a Rugby player, which he played at the highest levels both in college and clubs. Familiar with intense training, he immediately took on to kickboxing. An accomplished horseman and riding instructor, he found in 9Round the ideal platform for combining his need for high intensity sports and his passion for helping others develop skills and reach their fitness goals.
Zachary ""Zach attack"" SosnowskiAs a member, Zach always came in with an energetic attitude and a motivational mentality. He worked hard on the floor, and became addicted right away. Members fed off of his intensity with every workout and Zach pushed them to reach limitless obstacles. Growing up in sports, fitness has always been a significant part of his life. He made it a goal to become a certified 9Round trainer. Zach is excited to be apart of the 9Round crew, and brings enthusiasm and energy to our gym. He is determined to spread his passion and enthusiasm to each of our members and we are excited to have him on our team!
Anna StephensAnna "The Animal" Stephens started training in 2009 in Lake Havasu Az after her own journey in fitness as a competitive runner and triathlete. She later moved to the NW where she continued training, teaching cycle and bootcamp. When she discovered 9round Vancouver, she fell in love with the concept and how different of a workout it was. After relocating to Murrieta, we are blessed to have her bring her passion and dedication for fitness in general and for 9R in particular, to our community.
Wendy "The Warrior" CohenAfter several attempts to find the right fitness path for her, Wendy “The Warrior” discovered 9Round and quickly became an addict. With her natural abilities for providing support, guidance, and encouragement to those around her, jumping into a 9Round trainer role was a very natural and seamless transition. She finds her greatest rewards in helping members reach their fitness goals and, for some, regain their heatlth.
Brad "Heavy Hands " HopperGrowing up in Southern California, Brad has always lived an active lifestyle. He played soccer at a high level, traveling all over the United States and competing in tournaments for many years. At the age of 34, he began boxing and Muay Thai under Grand Master Bob Chaney, where he earned his black sash and fought as an amateur in Muay Thai for 7 years.
