  • The workouts are awesome and different all the time. There are no class times so you can fit it into your schedule very easily. Kim is wonderful and outgoing. She is always there if you need assistance and very willing to help.

  • The work out works best for my schedule. It allows me to work on getting fit at my pace and the trainer is always available to help out when a question arises. My favorite part of the workout overall is the freestyle where the trainer grabs the pads and you do a routine with them to work on getting moving. My first experience I wasn't a fan but the more I did this the more I came to enjoy it.

  • I love that with 9Round I can get a complete, challenging workout in just 30 minutes! Kim, my gym's owner/trainer, knows just how to push you to do your best, and guide you so you don't get injured. The 30 minute workout, along with no class times, helps a lot with my husband's schedule. He can go any time before or after work and not have to worry about whether there is a class at that time! All of the punching and kicking is a great stress reliever!
