I have never been a person who like to exercise let alone sweat but I love 9R. What I like best is that it’s not a typical gym. I like how invested the trainers are when they are working with you! Sometimes I feel like the workouts are brutal, but I am becoming stronger than ever. I honestly couldn’t do a push up before I star... ted coming and now I am pushes along with a burpee.
