    .Julia aka "Pumpkin Spice" is as spunky as her hair color! She started with the 9Round Fitness family back in Charlotte, NC as a Client when she was 17. Then a year later became a trainer. Her favorite move is, of course, the Round Kick (RK). Pumpkin Spice likes long walks on the beach, and sings for the Nashville based bad The Foxies.

    Savanna, AKA "Balboa", is a professional musician by trade, traveling the country playing live lead guitar for various Nashville artists. She began her martial arts background with in 2014 and joined 9Round, losing 25 lbs, overcoming anxiety and reaching her ideal fitness goals. Her goals as a 9Round trainer are to help and empower others to achieve confidence and a healthy lifestyle.

    Chase, aka "Hambone" is the club Manager at 9Round Murfreesboro. Hambone is a graduated of Middle Tennessee State University where he majored in Exercise Science. Chase is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM with CPR and AED accreditation as well. Chase loves to get people fit through 9Rounds unique circuit.
