The trainers are committed to maximizing your workout. The facility is very clean. Marshall really takes his time to connect with each member and thanks you with encouraging words during and after the workout.
I usually don’t like working out in public gyms because I don’t like people watching me. At 9 Round I’m constantly surrounded by people, sometimes at the same station, and I never feel uncomfortable, and I’m definitely not a good boxer. Everyone is just there, focused, trying to be a better version of themselves, and they are way to busy to care what you are doing. It’s the most fun I’ve ever had being bad at something (boxing), but I can see myself improving everyday just because of how relaxed and off guard I feel during my workout.
I always get a great workout with the amazing trainers and on my schedule! This is the first workout that's made me excited to get to the gym every day!
The convenience and different workout every day. It's quick and not too crowded.
I love that it’s a community. Unlike other gyms, you’re always surrounded by encouragement from the trainers and other members. The staff at Abbott Road has taken the time to get to know me outside of just the workouts. They frequently ask about my job and my day. It just makes the entire workout more comfortable and enjoyable when you’re surrounded by friendly faces.
