About the team
Aidyn GangemiAidyn is an accomplished trainer and former athlete. He spent several years competing in ice dancing and is certified by USFSA. In addition he has also studied some Kung Fu and also has extensive ballroom dance experience in which he is licensed by the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance. He as since gotten his personal fitness certification through the American Council on Exercise and is CPR certified. Aidyn loves making a difference in peoples lives. He works our members hard on form and technique and helping members be the best they can be. Aidyn is dedicated and passionate about helping each and every member at their fitness levels and is our Manager at our 9Round Newark location.
Christian HeavensChristian has dedicated his life to the Martial Arts. He is an expert in Karate and fought on a circuit in Europe. He is one a partner of all of our 9Rounds with Donna his wife and Gina Cerasari, his sister in law. He is an expert on form which helps our 9Rounder get the job done right! Come in and let Christian help you attain those 2018 Fitness Goals. He is always ready and waiting with a smile.
Donna HeavensDonna Heavens is a certified 9Round Trainer and personal trainer. She is a partner of all of our personal 9rounds with Christian Heavens and her sister Gina Cerasari She is dedicated to show you how to get it done in 30 minutes and never regret. She will have your muscles "cut" in no time NO matter what your age Come on and let her show you how it is done!
Tristan "Tris" HeavensTristan is an accomplished speed ski racer and freestyle jumper as well as a double A hockey player from Colorado. He has studied Par Cor and Kickboxing. He is certified in CPR and is a 9Round certified instructor. He has had trainers his entire life (since he was 4 years old) and wants to show you all that he has learned about discipline and perseverance while making your workout fun and attainable He enjoys helping others attain their goals one step at a time!
Blaise "BLAZE!" GirosoBlaise had dedicated his life to fitness and takes pride in helping someone achieve their fitness goals. Blaise has been actively involved in sport throughout his entire education and being able to move that love of sports to helping people achieve their fitness goals through sports inspired workouts was the perfect next step. Blaise has worked at avariety of other gyms acquiring new skill sets however he felt none could be more fun and effective and achieve results like 9Round so Blaise has dedicated himself to working for 9Round and is going to become our New manager of 9Round Concord Pike and a travel trainer (goes to different clubs one day a week) , Blaise is a fitness guru and a great addition to the 9Round fitness team and all of our members. Omar "Supa" DouglasOmar is a professional boxer that works at 9Round. He is a skilled gentle trainer that can work with "newbies" to help them attain their fitness goals as well as work with athletes that want to take it up a level. That's the 9Round way! Come to 9Round and let Omar show you some "Moves"!
Jaquan MitchellJaquan is one of our most energetic trainers we have and loves training our members. Jaqaun is always upbeat and positive and loves motivating our clients. He has 3 years of Taekondo and Wresting experience and is a semi pro football player. Jaquan has always been moving and staying active his whole life. This is one reason why he loves being a 9Round trainer! He loves the energy and fast paced environment that 9Round brings. Jaquan loves helping people reach their goals while having fun doing it. It's not too uncommon to see him groove to the music while he is working with our members. Come in and let Jaquan show you how much you can learn and how fun it is at the same time!
