  • I am someone who has never particularly enjoyed working out, but 9round has been so much fun! The trainers are knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in helping me achieve my goals. They push me to challenge myself and are extremely supportive, not to mention they are super friendly and just great people! Within one month, I can already tell that I am stronger and leaner.   • I love the concept of 9round; 30 min intense workout (not as bad as it sounds). I like how the workouts are switched up each day and the personal trainers are on you to motivate you so you don’t give up. I would definitely recommend it.

  • The trainers are great! Pushing you to have your best workout and feel great when you leave. The workouts are never the same so you're always sore which is a good thing! The gym is clean and the no class times is a HUGE bonus because there's no excuses not to work out anymore.

    Julian "Lil Juj" Slavsky
    I have always been active throughout my entire life whether it was playing soccer or running track. Fitness has always been a passion of mine. I studied political science with a concentration in judicial studies from the University of Detroit Mercy. I am in the process of studying for the LSAT to proceed to law school in the future. In my spare time, I am a youth soccer coach for a soccer program in Detroit during the spring season, then in the winter season, I am a snowboard instructor.
