Moriah "Beast" McKiernan-AllenMy name is Moriah and I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2014 after completing my A.S. in Fitness Instruction with focusing on personal training. I also have two specializations through NASM; Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have been working with Marc since 2014 beginning at a big box gym, then Marc's personal training studio (CityFit), and now 9Round! The community that we have been able to build with 9Round providing the platform to be able to work with more people than we were during our CityFit days has been incredible. Getting to know each member personally and figuring out how to motivate and push them to reach their health and fitness goals is a challenge I happily take on! My passion for training is rooted in strength training and I love being able to incorporate kickboxing and strength training in one workout at 9Round.

Benton Williams----- I am a highly dedicated and motivated trainer/coach because I grew up in a household where nutrition, eating cleanly and exercising were not important, I weighed more than 400lbs my high school senior year, I watched my parents and young family members fight weight related illnesses without understanding why. I decided to learn more about health and nutrition and graduated the California Culinary Academy in 2004. After 10 years in the food industry I moved into the world of health and fitness and became a N.A.S.M. certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, boxing coach and cyclist.
