How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Allie ""Mama Bear"" MendozaMy name is Allie "Mama Bear" Mendoza, 9Round Certified Trainer. I am a NETA Certified Personal Trainer. I hold 3 Kinesiology Degrees: Sports Medicine, Exercise & Sports Science, and Physical Education - Teaching & Coaching. I grew up cheering and dancing competitively and always thought I wanted to be a cheer coach, but in my college years I fell in love with fitness and nutrition. Helping people meet their health and fitness goals is something I am very passionate about. I love to guide and motivate others to become BETTER versions of themselves and discover their true potential. Andrea ""Smoov"" RobersonAndrea has been participating in fitness and sports since the age of 7. All aspects of sports such as volleyball, basketball and track. She played college basketball at Southeastern Illinois Junior College and Fresno State University. During her college years, she studied Criminology where she received her Master's Degree. She works at he Federal Correctional Institution of Big Spring. Even though she's a Professional outside 9Round, she's also a Trainer at 9Round Odessa. She fell in love with the family and the Mission of 9Round. She loves helping others and fitness has always been a lifestyle for her. Sarah ""Murt"" MurtaMy name is Sarah Murta, 9Round Certified Trainer. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia where, from a very early age, I played sports year round ranging from softball, soccer, hockey and basketball. As an adult my love for health and fitness came after I had my daughter. Like many other I had trouble losing weight, and I just wanted to feel like my athletic self again. The gym became my second home, and after seeing results I knew it was my calling to help others do the same. I am currently studying with the National Academy of Sports and Medicine(nasm). I want to help motive and show others that anything is possible if you don't give up! 9rounds is an amazing workout and I'm so happy to be part of this team.
Esther ""Amazon"" AvilaEsther "Amazon" Avila, 9Round Certified Trainer found her drive in life, in fitness and in health 13 years ago. Today, she has achieved many goals, including fitness instructing, NETA certified personal training, and instructing kinesiology, in which she also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Esther's passion for fitness motivates her to share her knowledge with others in hopes it will help them to achieve their fitness goals and build a stronger bond with their health. I'm currently a Sales Representative with Aqua Terra. I joined 9Round to get into shape and have lost 25 pounds in less than 6 months. I love 9Round and I love what it has done for me. Keely ""Keely"" WilkersonMy name is Keely Wilkerson. I was a competitive soccer player for 13 years, sometimes playing on two teams. During that time, I learned the importance of good health and exercise. I have continued my passion for health and am in my last year of nursing school to obtain my BSN. While I still play soccer on an indoor league, I am now enjoying staying in shape and getting the community fit as a 9Round Trainer. I want to pass on my love for working out to others by helping them train and reach their goals.
Courtney ""Phoenix"" EllisMy name is Courtney, and I am a mother of 3. I first fell in love with Kickboxing in 2013 while I was living in Las Vegas, NV. It was intense, hard, and yet exhilarating at the same time. It wasn't long before I knew that I wanted to learn everything I could about this sport. I moved to Odessa 2014. I trained kickboxing for a little over a year but could never really find the right place. I became a personal trainer and focused on HIIT and weightlifting. I had never lost my passion for Kickboxing and when 9Rounds (one of the top kickboxing establishments in the country) was hiring, I had to seize the opportunity. I look forward to being a part of the team and sharing the love and passion I have for this sport with others who are looking to empower themselves.
David ""Slowlis"" SolisI am David J. Solis from El Paso, Texas. Ever since I was born I have always been actively participating in different sports to find which one best suited me. Starting off in soccer and baseball as a youngster showed me that I was a very fast runner. Now, I wasn’t the best at all the lower distances, but if you gave me a lap I could beat some pretty good runners. I ran throughout my middle school years and high school even making it to state in both cross country and track. I then moved my abilities to Angelo State University where I ran and earned my bachelor degree in kinesiology. I went back to school after my bachelors to get a certification in teaching from the University of Texas at El Paso. After a few months, I decided I wanted more so I took courses online to get a masters in health and human performance. I got a job in cardiac rehab at Medical Center Hospital and from there I wanted to learn something new. I found 9Rounds to be that something new as I start my journey as a Trainer to continue to get the community fit 9Rounds at a time.
I love 9Rounds!!! It is a great workout and it only takes 30 minutes. The staff help motivate you and you workout whenever is most convenient for you. Thanks 9Round!
I am a current member. I love the workouts. They close at 8pm so don't go late cause it is a 30 minute workout. Take your clothes and change there. Thanks 9round for what you are doing. I love it.
Wow! You have to get signed up at 9Round. The workout is awesome and it's just 30 minutes. The trainers are great. I didn't know I'd have so much fun. The Rates are low right now, great discounts and I don't know how long they will last. Check it out, don't just do the first workout or the week, sign up and see the results.
