9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

9Round Certified Trainers
Nigel "Nihilator" FinmanNihilator, aka Nigel Finman was born on December 21, 1991 and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut until the age of 12. He then moved to a little town in Pennsylvania called Womelsdorf. Nigel is currently attending Southern Adventist University and will graduate in December of 2014 with a nursing degree! He grew up with a huge passion for combat sports and has trained in various disciplines; wrestling, Jiu jitsu, boxing, kickboxing and MMA. Nigel’s passion for kickboxing and fitness lead him to want to be a part of the 9Round staff. He enjoys teaching and motivating people through kickboxing workouts, whether it is for fitness and/or the knowledge of the sport.
Amy SocolAimee joined the 9Round Ooltewah team in July 2013 and is the mother of two boys. She worked out at another 9Round and immediately loved the fun and fast paced workouts! She wanted to be a 9Round trainer after the first workout and knew she would enjoy helping others reach their goals through 9Round.
LeAnna "KO Poe" PoeLeAnna was born and raised in a small town in Central Florida and grew up playing all sports, especially competitive soccer. Her passion for sports and fitness inspired her to get her degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida in 2013. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, LeAnna loves finding unique and creative ways to help people achieve their fitness goals which led her to becoming a trainer at 9Round. LeAnna bounced around the country before finally landing in Tennessee in October of 2015, and is excited for the opportunity to share her passion for fitness and motivate others towards their goals!
