9Round is a specialized fitness center dedicated to serving clients who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round Orangeville offers traditional "old school" boxing and kickboxing fitness programs that incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs are developed around a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations. There are NO CLASS TIMES. This means you can come on YOUR schedule and do the 9Round 30 minute workout when it is convenient for you!

    After my return to the gym and sports in 2011, I rediscovered my love for fitness! I set out on a path to a certification as a Personal Trainer and shortly after discovered the amazing sport of Kickboxing. I was hooked and went on to be certified in Level 1 Kickboxing, Functional Training, and also took the Level 1 Boxing Certification. It was not until this past Spring that I heard about 9Round, and after being invited down to beautiful Greenville, South Carolina (9Round Corporate Head Office), where I met some of the nicest people I have ever met, I decided that opening up a location in Orangeville was the perfect thing to do. I am most excited to play some small part in transforming lives and helping people become healthier and fit...one punch and kick at a time. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you and hope to see lots of sweat and smiles!! Welcome to the 9Round Nation!!!!

    I believe being active and healthy is essential to a good quality of life. As a certified Personal Trainer it is truly rewarding to be able to motivate others to lead a healthy active lifestyle. While attending Niagara College for Fitness and Health Promotions, I played on the womens varsity basketball team and gained knowledge in training styles and what it takes to reach goals and achieve physical objectives. I have had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, motivating them to push themselves to their personal limits, while continually striving to improve my own fitness as well. I really enjoy being a part of the 9Round team, and look forward to working with you on the floor.

    I am a certified personal trainer and I attended Conestoga College for Health Sciences. My goal is to help others lead healthy, active lifestyles through physical fitness. I have always had a passion for fitness but after I had my daughter Myla, I realized that maintaining a fit body gave me the energy to keep up with her and also improved my confidence and general wellbeing. I cant wait to share my passion with you!

  • When I completed my free trial a few weeks ago, I was so exhausted and could barely stand. I told Tyler I wasn't sure if I was up to it as I hadn't worked out properly in a couple of years, at least. However, with a little gentle persuasion, I took the plunge and am so glad I did. What a difference six weeks make! My stamina levels are vastly improved, my clothes have stopped shrinking and the bathroom scales have stopped complaining. Thank you Janet-Lynn (JL) and your amazing "motivational" trainers.

I love that I can go in at anytime and jump right in, the trainers are amazing - i love how they support you, encourage you, remember your name and aren't afraid to correct you if you are not doing the moves correctly. The work outs are always well rounded, fun and different every time. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone no matter your age or physical abilities!

  • Love love love 9Round Orangeville! I've been a member for 8 months now. The workouts are high energy and challenging - with great music to keep you pumped. JL and her team are extremely knowledgeable, motivating and act as a great support system. You're never working out alone. One of my favourite parts is the one-on-one work with the trainers. 30 min and 400-500 calories later, I always leave feeling great and very sweaty! If you're looking to try something new or want to get fit and don't know where to start - just show up. They'll take care of the rest.
