  • I love this place! It’s a great atmosphere :) The trainers are fantastic, the workouts are great, the community is amazing, and it’s just an all around caring place! They help in any way possible and they really encourage and want their members to do well and achieve their goals! I have nothing but positives to say about this gym and I am always referring it to other people! I speak very highly of this place and I am happy to have started my journey here and can’t wait to make it to the different milestones! I love the positivity from other members and the friendships that are built as well! I am challenged and feel welcomed! :) Thank you!

  • First and foremost being able to walk in and know your workout is already planned! Every task is laid out and easy to follow. You know youre going to recieve a balanced workout without having to sit down and decide what area of the body you're going to have to work each day you show up. Second, unlike other gyms when you come in to 9Round you are a person! The trainers and staff learn your name and know how hard to push each and every member. From the first time we came in the staff were amazingly welcoming and not once have we ever felt like "just another number".

  • I like the people. The trainers at 9 round are very helpful, enthusiastic and motivating. They can help modify any exercise is needed. I like that the exercises work for any skill level. You never feel out of place or that you shouldn’t be there. I love that there are people of all ages at the gym; from kids to seniors.

  • I love going here every single day. The trainers are amazing and encouraging and the owner is fabulous. They take the time to get to know you personally. They know my name and make me feel welcome every single time I enter the gym. Each workout is different and I leave feeling fantastic and covered head to toe is sweat. If I happen to be away one day I miss being there. For me it's the perfect combination.

    Health & Fitness is key foundation in our lives. I believe working out can be made into a fun thing vs a grueling horrible thing we have to do. Any movement is movement, whether it’s running, kick boxing, yoga the list goes on! Whatever the journey I am happy to help and support you along the way! I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for 10+ years and I am constantly learning and exploring new things to bring excitement to your workout!
