I would totally recommend 9Round to someone who feels so much intensity within their emotions. Sometimes traditional workouts, walking, and running don’t make the cut when you are naturally an intense... person. I’m telling you, it really makes a difference!!!! Full body workout, 30 minutes, 3 minutes per “round,” no class times, boxing gloves/wraps included, AND a trainer is included as well. If you’re not sure you want to commit to 6 months at first, I totally recommend the 3 month membership (that’s what I am doing). Even if you’re not necessarily looking to lose weight, it is a worth-it workout. You’ll feel powerful.
