Rachael "Queen Bee" Dudum
My name is Rachael Dudum Holt and "My fit life" story began as a child, playing Volleyball and Basketball religiously in school. I always had a large physique and in 2007, tired of being heavy , I put in a Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVD and started my journey to a heathy life. I lost 56lbs in two years and maintained my weight loss for five years. I practiced Kickboxing, Hot Yoga, Step TRX and hiking. In 2009 I joined a Dojo and began to dig deeper into the world of kickboxing and then I got pregnant, having two children in 19 months. I gained over 75lbs during this time. I stayed well over 250lbs despite continuing to workout. My body was worn down and I was miserable. People told me that I would never get my pre baby body back and they were right, it is far better now than ever before.
I became very focused and hit the gym almost daily, cycled and jogged as many miles as I could. I ate a healthy diet that consisted of all whole foods. I did not cut out sugar, carbs or fats. I just stayed conscious of portion size and made heathy choices. In the past two years I have lost 102lbs and I am in the best shape of m y life. I am taking Krav Maga and I am currently writing a book called "Here's the skinny". I am working towards my goal of being a motivational speaker, advocate and positive voice for all those men and women who are seeking an opportunity to change their lives. I am a certified personal trainer and I am committed to helping people reach their personal weight loss and fitness goals and if you feel that you can't, Ill help you recognize that YOU are ALWAYS worth it!
