About the team
Heather Harrison was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Exercise Science in 2010 and ...went on to become the Health and Wellness Manager for C.R. England. Heather started training with a muay thai instructor in 2012 and eventually found herself teaching boxing and kickboxing with a Title Boxing Gym after moving to Arizona in 2014. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist by ACSM and a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition by ISSA. She competed in the NPC as a figure competitor in 2016 where she won her class at the Natural Western USA and placed third at the Europa. Outside of boxing and being a wellness coordinator at Incredible Health, Heather enjoys hiking, random adventures, playing with her dog, and spending time with her friends and family. She loves working with clients to keep them focused, motivated, but most of all to have fun while doing it. You may know her as Ginger Beast, and she will bring that to each of your workouts! More
I am a fitness fanatic. My goal is to find a way to make health and wellness enjoyable for anyone. I have held my NASM certification since 2006 while maintaining an IFA nutrition certification. I am currently a Men's Physique IFBB pro with a passion to help others. Coach Cassie "Hurculean" Norman was born in Orange, CA, raised in Tignall, GA, and now resides here in Phoenix. Throughout her years of schooling, Nor...man always pursued sports, such as boxing, track, softball, and cross country to name a few. Cassie has studied Exercise Science while achieving her EMT status. She is currently pursuing her education in physical therapy to continue helping others reach their health and wellness goals. Norman is a seasoned fitness trainer and figure competitor. More
Niki "Ninja" Hollingsworth has always had a passion for fitness and helping others. She is a native Ohioan, but has found a home here in Arizona. Nik...i began competing athletically at the age of 3 in swimming and also played volleyball and softball since childhood. Kickboxing is her newfound love and she is excited to share 9Round with her community in Phoenix. More
Katie Moore aka KO-KT, is a new Arizonan from Lubbock, Texas. She received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University in 2018, an...d plans to continue her education to become a physical therapist. Fitness has always been a major part of her life and well-being, and she is passionate about helping others feel the same. Outside of 9Round, Katie loves to lift weights, hike, snowboard, read, spend time with her family, and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. For her, kickboxing has become a major outlet for stress relief while also being a quick, full-body, killer workout that has impacted her health, both physically and mentally, in the best ways possible. It’s because of this that she loves being a trainer and believes that 9Round can improve your life in the same ways. More
Joe Barnett was born in Ontario, OR, raised in Granite Falls, WA, and now lives here in Phoenix. He currently attends Paradise Valley Community Colleg...e with intentions of transferring to ASU and working towards his BS in Exercise and Wellness. He began his Fitness Journey just over 3 years ago and has managed to lose and keep off 60 lbs. with daily exercise, and nutrition. Today he’s a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, and his goal is to help motivate individuals to step out of their comfort zone and realize what their capable of becoming. More
