How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Jordan ScottJordan is the owner/operator of 9Round Preston/Plano Pkwy. He is a former Professional baseball player in the Houston Astros organization who is still seeking to stay fit and keep his competitive spirit. As a Certified 9R Trainer, he is passionate about fitness, nutrition, & FUN!! Jordan loves interacting with all of the members and ensures that they get a GREAT workout and leaves 9R each and everyday with a smile!
Kyle RedingerKyle is a former professional baseball player and teammate of Jordan’s. He enjoys staying active with a variety of sports and fitness training. Kyle believes diet and exercise are the keys to a healthy mind and body. He is a Plano Texas Certified 9Round Trainer and ready to help you reach your fitness and life goals in a fun, energetic atmosphere.

I had been off my workout game for a while when I started working out here. The first workout absolutely killed me, but after pushing through and keeping at it, I lost 16 pounds in three weeks time! Kyle and Jordan continue to push me and I am losing even more weight as the months go on.
My friends thought I was on suicide mission jumping in head first to 9 round but after much procrastinating I jumped this morning and went and did it. Kyle worked me out not proud to say I fell had to sit and couldn't finish. Now I'm home and I can't wait to go back! I'm not going to stop until I can master the full 30 min workout all of them. #hooked #sore #butmotivated

Wow what a workout. It is just 30 minutes and you would think you would not get much out of a workout but it really kicked my butt. My first time was yesterday and I woke up super sore today. Definitely will be going back after work today to sign up!!
