9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

Melanie "LOZEN" RowanMelanie (Mel) Rowan USAR Veteran, Jill of many trades, Certified Health Coach, Entrepreneur, Inventor. Her passion for helping others is what drives her to go above and beyond to help others. Mel has been a 9Rounder since March 2015 and has never thought about or considered anything else for regular fitness. "I enjoy the energy, empowerment, the fact that the workout at 9R changes daily. I don't have to think about what I'm going to do at the gym. For me it's the best 30 minutes of my day. I know I'm going to be challenged, get my heart pumping and sweat buckets! I love that I don't have to work around an hour long class or class schedule anymore. My husband and I loved and believed in it so much, we decided to look into buying a franchise. One thing led to another and here we are, opening one here in Prospect and planning to open another one in the future. Our goal is to motivate and empower our members to live a healthier lifestyle and make healthy living and regular fitness routine, not just a phase or fad.
