  • I love this place!! The coaches are really interactive and attentive. They always remember your name (really impressive) and are happy to accommodate if you have an injury. I just recently got a cold and the part i am most bummed about is not being able to go box.

    Russell "IDIDTHIS2U" Williams
    Meet Trainer Russell! He has been with 9Round Renton since the summer of 2017 and brings with him a background in boxing and all things fitness. He has a passion for helping members reach their fitness and health goals. His favorite round is #5, the wrecking ball! He is a pro with the hand pads and members love working on his creative combinations, all while having fun and breaking a sweat.

    Ashley "ASHTHEGR8" Barnes
    Ashley is a 9Round Renton member turned trainer. She started her fitness journey in 2013 and fell in love with kickboxing while working out with UFC fighter Quinton "Rampage" Jackson at his gym in Laguna Hills, California. Soon afterwords, she became a 9Round member in Torrance, California. After moving to Washington in 2017, she immediately sought out a local 9Round and became a member. She loved it so much, she wanted to become involved even more. She says that her favorite part about being a 9Round trainer is getting to know the members and developing genuine friendships. Her favorite round is #8, the speed bag, and enjoys learning new ways to hit it.

    Sarra "G-Force" Guck
    MEET SARRA aka G-FORCE, TRAINER !! Sarra has been involved in personal fitness most of her adult life. She fell in love with Tae Bo cardio Kickboxing in the 90s, and along with hiking, participating in several 5K’s & Mud Runs, training in Crossfit as well as doing fit-at-home workouts, she stays in the game. Sarra “gets it” ! She’s highly motivating and motivated; she’s been through life’s challenges so she can relate to YOU ! Once she heard about the 9ROUND program she immediately found where she needs to be. Sarra aka “G-Force” currently trains members at all of her 9ROUND locations, and loves being a 9ROUND owner…….. three locations going strong!! Get your rear in gear and be ready to sweat, burn, build and LAUGH (crying is allowed also !) with new friends !! “G-Force” is looking forward to working with YOU and giving you the ultimate workout!!!!!
