  • I love the trainers, I love that it is smaller than most gyms. Love the combination of strength and cardio, and also that it is a different work out each day. I love the 30 minute time frame, and I love the appeal of being able to come and go at any time, not having to arrive for a particular start time. I wouldn’t drive 40 minutes each way if I didn’t love it so much!

  • The trainers are great! Very motivating and supportive. If a certain exercise is too hard for you, they’ll change it up or cater it to your needs and ability. The workouts themselves are a great way to get in your daily exercise, all in just 30 minutes! The HIIT it provides helps burn calories while toning and strengthening your muscles. I started 9Round as my cross-training for long distance running to help me get faster times. And in just two weeks, I felt myself stronger and able to run faster. 9Round is definitely worth the blood, sweat, and tears (figuratively, of course)!

  • Connor  <span class="nick-name">"The Contender"</span> Brittan
    Connor "The Contender" Brittan
    Born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, Connor “The Contender” Brittan graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with his Bachelor’s in history and a Master’s in teaching. Connor played college soccer, trains Muy Thai, and has always had a passion for sports and fitness. Connor loves to motivate and train others to improve their health and overall fitness. Always positive and enthusiastic, Connor will make sure you become more fit and develop your kickboxing skills, all while having fun!
  • Ed <span class="nick-name">"The Warrior"</span> Raihan
    Ed "The Warrior" Raihan
    Ed "The Warrior" Raihan come to 9Round with over 12 years of experience in martial arts. Ed is an internationally recognized Tae Kwon Do black belt, and his diverse background stems from Tae Kwon Do, American Kickboxing, and Krav Maga. He is also a Gold Medalist in Tae Kwon Do sparring, form, and board breaking in upstate New York. He trains people of all fitness levels to fight through their weakest point. Anyone that knows Ed will tell you, he lives with passion, both at work and in life. Being a fighter, he has a competitive spirit. One of his favorite quotes is "work hard until you no longer have to introduce yourself."
  • Sebastian <span class="nick-name">"Southpaw"</span> Cepeda
    Sebastian "Southpaw" Cepeda
    Sebastian “Southpaw” Cepeda comes to 9Round straight out of the United States Navy. His favorite aspect of the military was being able to motivate and push others both physically and mentally, which he now continues to do through 9Round. Sebastian has been boxing since the age of 12 and participated in several amateur boxing tournaments in his home town of Chicago. He firmly believes that through exercise, all of us can discover strengths that we never even knew we had, which is why he pushes himself and those around him.
