Ben has participated in individual and team sports since the age of 4 when his mom signed him up for wrestling in order to do something with his endle...ss energy. He wrestled for 12 years (his claim to fame is that he wrestled an Olympic Gold Medalist) before quitting to play high school basketball because it was more glamorous. He also played baseball and football. Ben is fairly new to 9Round but has learned quickly from some of the other great trainers at 9Round. Before 9Round, Ben had quit exercising all together in order to earn his MBA. Before quitting, he was lifting the monotonous weights at the gym before falling in love with functional fitness classes. However, with his busy life, those functional fitness classes (commonly known by another name) didn’t always fit his schedule so it became easy to just skip. This is exactly why he needed 9Round. From the first day he joined, he has loved the structure and motivation that comes with the 9Round workout. Not only is he getting an incredible cardio workout (where he has lost 20 pounds), he is learning some very fun skills. When asked what he liked most about 9Round he said “I love that I can just come in whenever it’s open, without an appointment, stretch, start on Round 1, push myself as hard as possible with the constant care of a trainer and be done in THIRTY minutes!!!! I love it so much!” Since joining, he has convinced his wife and 3 teenage daughters to train as well. He has also taken what he learns at 9Round and teaches his 8 year old son (who isn’t quite old enough to join yet) how to defend himself. He loves it too! Brianne Benson born and raised in Utah. She found 9Round 6 months ago and fell in love with everything about it. Brianne has been an athlete her entir...e life. From volleyball and basket ball to running marathons and more, she has always enjoyed pushing herself and reaching her goals. Brianne has a deep love for people and helping others. She graduated from the university of Utah with a vocal performance degree and has enjoyed performing and teaching as a vocal coach the last 18 years. She is an active realtor and now fitness trainer. As a wife, mother of three, vocal coach, performer, and realtor, she is well-equipped to motivate and elevate others, helping drive them toward success! Her favorite round is 8 and trainer led. I have 3 awesome kids. I’ve been in martial arts for more than 10 years. During the day I work as a lead dental assistant. During the night I kick som...e trash and workout at 9Round. I started working out as a client and loved how I felt after my workouts. I wanted to help other people feel the same way so I became a trainer. I've been attending 9Round for almost a year now, but I'm not allowed inside. I like to watch everybody working out inside from the comfort of the bed... of my owners truck. I always enjoy when people come out to pet me and say hi. More
