9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

I have been going to 9 round Rochester for just about 2 months now. I love it. A great workout in just 30 mins, the trainers are really helpful and fun. They also really push me to do my best and give it my all. Im down 22 pounds since I joined and am in the best shape I have been in years.
Hands down the best workout gym in Rochester. I've lost a total of 45 lbs and 4 sizes having fun! 30 minutes in and out, can't beat that. The staff are extremely motivated and make sure your work out makes you sweat.
I've belonged to some of the nicest gyms in Rochester over the last 10 years, without much weight loss results. I started 9 rounds in January and have lost and kept off 20 pounds since joining. The trainers actually train you everyday and make the workouts fun. It's nice to go to the gym and know the workout is already planned for you instead of wandering around not really knowing what to do next. I joined 9Round in September 2013, and it was the best decision I have ever made. I have never had so much fun exercising and getting fit! Going to the gym has become the highlight of my day. 9Round is hands down the best workout I have ever done! The best part is that it's a different workout every day and you are in and out in 30 minutes. Mike, Norma, and Dan do an excellent job encouraging you to push harder every day, I highly recommend it!
I joined on the first day and haven't looked back. I enjoy the challenging workouts everyday and because they change daily. Having the trainer guiding you through your workouts and encouraging you to push for one more keeps me coming back. I love the fact that there is no class times to tie me to a schedule. The other "fighters" are great and it really feels like a place you belong. The best part is I am seeing results and feeling myself get stronger each time I walk through those doors. Definately 3 bells for 9Round!

Norma "Fabulous" FloresNorma has been involved in sports her whole life, from running to gymnastics as well as martial arts (Taekwondo & Kenpo). She has a ton of energy, is enthusiastic, and is a motivator. Come sweat, have fun, get leaner and stronger with her and the 9R crew.
Daniel "Fearless" FloresDaniel has always enjoyed team sports. He has played in soccer leagues most of his life. He has been involved in Martial arts training (Kung Fu). He enjoys the challenge of a good workout while having fun and pushing himself to the next level.
