  • Trainer is helpful at modifying if needed and pushing you to do your best. Rounds are difficult but still within your fitness abilities. The atmosphere is fun and you leave dripping sweat- proof it’s working!

  • It's quick in and out 30 min. It's challenging but manageable with different body types and strength level. You are working out with other people which always motivates me but also can be focused on your own workout. The trainer (Robert at Rockville location) is a great motivator and he is also great at adjusting the workout to what you need and can handle without hurting yourself in the process while pushing you to get better.
