  • Working out was always like a chore to me, I hated doing it and couldn’t find the motivation. Everytime I went to a regular gym I didn’t know what to do and would stand there like a lost puppy. That all changed when I started at 9round a few months ago! I genuinely enjoy working out for the first time in my life and it has quickly become part of my everyday routine. The trainers are so personable, motivating, and kick your butt but make it FUN. I walk out with a smile every single time :)

  • 9round has gotten me back into exercising 6 days out of the week. The trainers are amazing and have become my friends as well. They greet everybody with an awesome HI with their name. They push u to work harder when its needed and let u rest when u simply cany push anymore. You get a high five when ur work out is done, even if u had an off day. I had to wear a walking boot for a few weeks, the trainers helped me modify each day so that i could continue to work out. I am truly "addicted" to this gym. I haven't felt this good in ages!

  • The employees are awesome! They hold you accountable through the whole circuit. I also like the diversity of the workouts. Each day is something a little different, and it keeps it interesting. I have went three days in a row to the same day a week, and it is always a little different.

    Jim "Jedi" Brattensborg
    As an owner, Jedi Jim has a deep passion for empowering others to help them reach their goals 9 rounds at a time. Jim realizes the daily challenges we all face in today's busy lifestyle. He embraces our proven circuit and nutrition program that will train your mind and body while leaving you with a sense of accomplishment that keeps you focused on your goals. Jim has also completed professional training under Shannon "The Cannon" Hudson, Kevin "The Hurricane" Hudson, and legendary boxing trainer Xavier "Bad Pads" Biggs. Join Jedi Jim in your fitness journey and let him show you that fitness can be fun!

    Laurie "Lethal" Brattensborg
    "Lethal" Laurie is a mother of 11 year twins and a 10 year old who are very active in sports. Laurie and her husband Jim are both owners. Laurie has done several workout programs, but fell in love with kickboxing. Laurie taught kickboxing classes and enjoyed helping others reach their fitness goals. While on vacation, Laurie and Jim worked out at a 9Round and were instantly hooked. They went back home to Otsego and went to different locations in the metro area and knew they needed to open one in the area. After meeting with the owners of 9Round and knowing that their vision and mission aligned with their own, they decided to bring 9Round to the community.     My name is Tiffany Schwab. I am excited to be one of the trainers at 9Round Rogers. I have been a hairstylist for 14 years. I have an 11 year old son and enjoy sports, cooking and working out. I have been kickboxing for a over a year. I am looking forward to helping all the members on their fitness journeys and providing a fun but challenging workout atmosphere.

With previous personal training experience and 7+ years of kickboxing experience under my belt, I bring to the table a mixture of fun and stimulating workouts as well as learning new techniques along the way. I'm here to help you knockout those goals you've set for yourself one round at a time!
