9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

Keba "The Konqueror" ArnoldKeba “The Konqueror” Arnold has been athletic and a sports fan since she was a little girl. She played basketball and ran track in middle school and high school. As a graduate of the University of Georgia, she loves college football too! Keba became interested in kickboxing after taking Body Combat classes in Downtown Sacramento. When she moved to the East Bay in the Summer of 2015, that’s when she found 9Round in Walnut Creek and fell in love! The rest is history. CPR/AED certified, Keba believes in 9Round so much, she decided to leave her career to open up 9Round Natomas! She can’t wait to help you reach your fitness goals, one round at a time!
Tomas "Lord Vader" MontoyaTomas "Lord Vader" Montoya grew up playing football and wrestling in Sacramento. After graduating from UC Davis in 2010, Tomas worked as a biochemist and trained in Muay Thai kickboxing at American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose. He fell in love with kickboxing immediately and recently transitioned into training and fighting mixed martial arts with Team Alpha Male in Sacramento. Tomas has 6 years of Muay Thai and American Kickboxing experience, and is a firm believer that hard work and dedication are key in achieving any fitness goal.
Moses "The Truth" PachecoMoses “The Truth” Pacheco is a U.S Military Veteran. Moses has earned two degrees in Criminal Justice, and Network Systems Administration. He is currently working on his third degree. Moses has an athletic background and is a two time gold glove at 165 lbs in Bronx, New York. He played baseball for 10 years, including 3 years of Division 1 baseball for Sacred Heart University. Fitness is part of his life and he enjoys seeing people reach their goals. In fact, one of his clients is an amateur fighter for Team Alpha Male.
Chris "The Crippler" ReynoldsChris "The Crippler" Reynolds was born and raised in Natomas. In high school Chris was on the wrestling and soccer team. After graduating, Chris became engrossed with strength training. After a couple of strength training years, he started to accumulate muscle imbalances and different afflictions like, a hernia that made him reassess the way he exercised. Not only was his body imbalanced, but his performance and movement were suffering as well. Doing the full body workout at 9Round addresses all your needs at the same time and allows you to get away from the monotony of compound movements and tedious cardio. Chris is excited to be a part of the 9Round Family!
Mike "The Refresher" BoldenMike "The Refresher" Bolden grew up playing basketball and soccer. During college, a knee injury slowed down Mike, but he loved the workout atmosphere so much, he continued to keep in shape. Mike started out as a member with 9round and loved every bit of it. Soon after joining, he became a 9Round Trainer. He quickly learned it's a great way to stay fit. Mike loves helping others get and stay in the best shape of their lives!
Ivan "The Beast" SomarribaIvan “The Beast” Somarriba began his fitness journey straight out of high school. He felt the need and wanted healthy energy in his system, so he decided to dedicate his time to working out. Ivan quickly realized the benefits and positive aspects of fitness and became hooked. The feeling after each workout, inspired him and changed his outlook on life. He wants to inspire people to become the best they could possibly be. He achieved his goal and he wants to help you reach your fitness goals at 9Round!
