  • There are several Bests: *No hassle workouts -- not needing to preschedule for a specific class (date/start time) *Completing workouts -- once I start, I know I'll be there for the entire circuit, being worn out and feeling better afterwards *Staff -- super nice, motivating, push me to do another rep (or 10) when I'd never do it on my own *Results -- total body workout and cardio.   • It’s hard to choose just one thing I like best but I love I can get a full body workout in 30 minutes and the exercises change daily so I’m never bored. The trainer led round, specifically Maurice at the East Sacramento location, kicks my butt in the best way but I tell myself "it's only three minutes. You can do anything for three minutes." I also like the flexibility of showing up according to my schedule - before work, after work, on Saturday. 10 out of 10 stars.

  • No set class times, the workout is already created for you, but can be modified if needed. I'm always uncomfortable at a gym because I dont know where to start, the trainers are great and keep you motivated! I love that things change up throughout the workout and you are not doing the same thing for 30 min straight. I also like that its full body everyday, rather than having a "leg day" that leaves you barely able to walk the next day. This is exactly what I needed in a gym :)
