  • I like the flexibility of times and I like the coaches are all super friendly! It’s a great place to go and super fun! The workouts are always different and I love the ability o do a double round if needed! I love 9 round and feel empowered any time I go!   • I always have a great work out! I like how every round changes daily and how the trainers are there to help modify the work out based on any injuries people may have. I have recommended 9 round to two people that have signed up in different cities. Overall it’s a great workout and has genuinely caring people. I won’t step foot in a regular gym after trying 9 round and it has been over a year now since I joined :)

    Paige "The Punisher " -
    Owner- As a young girl Paige grew up watching her dad hit his speed bag and heavy bag in their garage. She was mesmerized by the rhythm and power required for boxing. Paige grew up playing every sport, but soccer was her favorite. She was able to play soccer at the University of Hawaii where she met the other owner Adele Letro. With a lifelong passion for fitness she was always excited to try a new workout! This led to her and Adele trying 9Round in Folsom! As soon as Paige hit the bags, no longer a small child, she was hooked! She wanted to bring this amazing and fun kickboxing workout to Midtown Sacramento. Now she can't wait to help others find their passion for fitness and help them reach their fitness goals at 9Round!

    Adele "Queen Bee" -
    Adele is one of the Owners and a trainer at the gym! Adele's love for fitness began in grade school with her love for all sports especially soccer. She went to college where she received a full ride soccer scholarship to the University of Utah. After college she found herself working in an office still wanting an active lifestyle, which lead her to helping friends, family and people in her community pursue their own health and fitness goals. Adele's mission at 9Round is to motivate and encourage people to have an active and healthier lifestyle.

    Hello! Being physically active has been a big part of my life. I grew up playing soccer and being on track & field teams. I had the opportunity to play college soccer at both American River College and then CSU Monterey Bay. Now, I am honored to help the Sacramento community reach there physical fitness goals 9 rounds at a time. My favorite thing at 9 Round is seeing all the wonderful people sweating and smiling during their workouts.

    I was born and raised in Sacramento and received my B.S. in Food and Nutrition from California State University, Sacramento. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and strive to live an active and healthy life. My journey with fitness has been both physically and mentally healing. I therefore believe that total wellness of the body and mind is a lifestyle. When I joined 9Round I was looking for something new, challenging, and fun. I have found all of that and more! My goal is to share my passion for nutrition and fitness with each member and challenge them to see their full potential for the best quality of life!

    I graduated from Chico State where I got my B.S. in Food and Nutrition Sciences. While attending Chico State I played on the collegic club volleyball team. I have always been very active, and played sports all my life. After graduating college I moved back to the town I was born and raised, Sacramento. Once home I was looking for my next activity. That's when my mom, a current 9Round Midtown member, suggested I apply for a job at 9Round. Once I got the job I realized how awesome the trainers and the members are. It was all so fun and such a new experience. I always thank my mom for suggesting such a great idea!

    I was raised in Sacramento and am currently pursuing my Juris Doctorate degree at McGeorge School of Law. When I started law school, I struggled with motivating myself to work out at a gym. That’s when I found 9round! I became a member at 9round because I wanted to try something new and the 30 minute workouts not only were perfect for my schedule, but also it was a great stress relief for me! I absolutely fell in love with kickboxing and felt fortunate to have such great trainers so involved in each of my workouts. I decided that I too wanted to help others reach their fitness goals and encourage them to be the best version of themselves.
