How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Adele "Queen Bee" -Adele is one of the Owners and a trainer at the gym! Adele's love for fitness began in grade school with her love for all sports especially soccer. Her passion for fitness continued into high school. She was on the U.S. U-16 Soccer National Team through U-21's, competing against Germany, Japan, Sweden, Mexico and Canada. Then she went to college where she received a full ride soccer scholarship to the University of Utah. She was named the first All-American in the 12-year history of Utah Soccer, and earned many accolades through her college career. After college she found herself working in an office still wanting an active lifestyle, which lead her to helping friends, family and people in her community pursue their own health and fitness goals. Then she discovered 9Round and once she tried her first workout she was hooked! Adele's mission at 9Round is to motivate and encourage people to have an active and healthier lifestyle. Jesse "JigSaw" -Hello! Being physically active has been a big part of my life. I grew up playing soccer and being on track & field teams. I had the opportunity to play college soccer at both American River College and then CSU Monterey Bay. Now, I am honored to help the Sacramento community reach there physical fitness goals 9 rounds at a time. My favorite thing at 9 Round is seeing all the wonderful people sweating and smiling during their workouts.
Dan "Demo Dan" -Dan Pham, was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from Humboldt State University with a degree in Kinesiology emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. He has been a practitioner of Muay Thai and Boxing for the past 8 years, and has competed in various bouts. Besides training for himself, Dan is a motivator and he’s been a boxing trainer for the past 2 years. He enjoys helping people reach their fitness goals. He is currently training to compete in more bouts while studying for his strength training and conditioning credential. He enjoys martial arts and wants to pursue a career in sport performance for MMA and Boxing.

Maycee "Harry Potter" -Maycee 'Harry Potter' Wheeler started dancing at the age of three, she continued dancing through high school and most of college but as she got older she found it harder to find classes that fit her busy schedule. Cue 9round. At the time, 9round Folsom was the only open gym in the area, but after one workout she decided the 30minute drive was worth it. After about a year working out she was given the opportunity to become a trainer and help open a new 9round location. She jumped at the chance and she can't wait to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
