About the team
I am the proud owner of 9Round 30 Minute Kickbox Fitness along with my husband Damen "Juice" Bleiler. Having a coach for a mother has always instille...d the importance of fitness in my life. I graduated from OSU in 2006 with a bachelors in exercise and sports science. I have assisted coaching throughout the years and am excited to make this a career to demonstrate the importance of hard work to my two crazy kiddos. Fitness can be daunting but" just keep swimming" ! More

Asa is 21 years old and attends school at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon. He loves working out, playing music, and is even in a local ba...nd that is Spotify published called American Barricade! He is an National Academy of Sports Medicine Accredited Certified Personal Trainer, and a 2 time Oregon High School Wrestling State Qualifier in the 4A Division. Asa loves going to church and even volunteers on the worship team at his home church in Aumsville. In his free time (when he can find any), he spends a lot of time writing music and studying the Bible, as well as exercising. He was first introduced to 9Round as the Salem location's first NASM partnered intern, and absolutely loves working here! He really enjoys the '9Round Family Vibe' and cares about the members here so much. He is always thorough with his explanation and diligence toward members' form and progress, and wants everyone to leave 9Round with a smile on their face! More

I love the workout itself — it’s perfect for me because it’s fast and intense. I LOVE BOXING, it’s my passion, and now I’m learning kickboxing techniques too which is great for my legs. The variations of the workouts so I don’t plateau, the friendly staff & the workouts are all planned out. All I need to do is show up!
