Went in today.. Was amazed and surprised by the amount of support and encouragement Cesar and Laura give during the ENTIRE session!!!! This is going to become my new addiction! Can't wait to get back!
This place is the first place I have found that is invigorating. I feel almost like a part of a second family at this place. It is nice to have a place that gives you the encouragement you need to push your limits even further. Joined Feb. 4th 2016 and recently signed up for a year. A year, me, Mr. Commitment Issues. Lol.

My story started in September 2014 when I was at my all-time heaviest weight of 320lbs. I was determined to lose weight in an aggressive manner but didn’t want an ordinary gym membership where either I hire an over-priced personal trainer or get on the elliptical at my own pace and never really see results. I lead a very busy life as an Apartment Locator, wife and aunt to a very active niece. I could not dedicate hours a day to working out. Then I found 9round. In 30 mins I am able to burn an unreal amount of calories and build muscle at the same time. I find myself with more energy than I’ve ever had. 9round offers me multiple trainers that both motivate and instruct me to perform at my best. Best of all, it doesn’t interfere with my lifestyle. In just 3 ? months I have lost over 50lbs!!!! Though I still have more to work on, I know that I'll achieve my goals at 9round.
I joined 9Round in San Antonio on 8/03/13, the day it opened. When I started, I weighed in at 355 lbs. No one thought I would last that long but the trainers all worked with me and encouraged me to always push myself. I consistenly worked out 4 to 5 times a week and approximately 9 months later I am 63 pounds lighter. You get out what you put in, and everyone here pushes me to make sure I put in a lot. It will only happen if you work for it, nobody can do it for you but 9Round can give you the tools you need. You just have to push yourself not to quit.
I came to 9Round on the very first day it opened, and was not sure what to expect. I have had my share of gyms, boot camps and diets. 30 mins of intense fun, full body workouts without the gym full of people is exactly what I wanted. The trainers are great and very focused on me and my goals as well as focusing on others at the same time! I have lost 15lbs and gained great muscle strength and tone, all in a matter of months that I haven't achieved elsewhere in the last 3 yrs. Come try 9Round, I will definitely see you there! There are no set class times, meaning you can come whenever you want. The workout is comprised of 9 different stations, where you perform different sets of exercises at each station, changing stations every 3 minutes.

9Round takes your workout and fitness to the next level with the most advanced heart rate training program in the world. Keeping your heart rate in the correct "FAT Burning Zone" is critical to getting the results you want. With our screens inside the clubs you will get instant feedback on whether you need to work harder or slow down. You will also receive MEP's for each minute you are in zone.
what are meps?
MYZONE Effort Points(MEPs) are a new metric for measuring physical activity. MEPs accumulate for every minute of activity that a user spends in the 5 effort(intensity) zones based on one's individual maximum heart rate. The more effort that is put in, the more MYZONE Effort points are earned.
Every user receives their own cloud based account where all activity is automatically uploaded acting as an online log book of all physical activity.
