We are definitely not your typical gym! 9Round is a unique brand of fitness designed to give members a fun, high intensity, full-body cardio kickboxing workout in just 30 minutes. There are no class times, so you can come whenever you want. The workout changes everyday, and our personal trainers are here to guide you every step of the way. The circuit workout is comprised of 9 stations, where you perform a different set of exercise at each station, changing stations every three minutes. We also provide you with the most advance heart rate training program in the world, along with a virtual nutrition coach.
