Personal training; Awesome staff. Intense workout. They're not trying to break you, but make you stronger. I absolutely love it. First gym that I actually look forward to for a great work out. I really appreciate it the gym because they allowed me to workout despite not being a in town member. I'm a member of another gym in Maryland, but came down to Texas to visit my family. Due to their... hospitality, I didn't have to break my weekly workout regimen. Also, I appreciated the atmosphere.
