All of our kickboxing trainers here in Kearny Mesa are former members! They love to make you sweat! We believe in a fun and fast-paced workout and we will get you in the best shape of your life! We love to do individual pad and mitt training with all of our members during the normal 30 minute workout (circuit training) and we have come up with some pretty fun combinations - all designed to keep you smiling and sweating! We also have one of the roomiest 9Round kickboxing facilities in all of California and San Diego, including a large restroom and changing room. We pride ourselves on a clean facility without that "gym" smell. We are located on Mercury St, near freeway 163 and Balboa Ave in the Boot Barn/Tajima Shopping Center near In and Out Burger. We are close to the San Diego communities of Tierrasanta, Serra Mesa, Linda Vista and Clairemont. Ask about our Active Duty Military discounts!

I was a soccer coach in college and played almost every rec. sport there was! Before joining 9Round as a member the only equipment I used at the gym was a treadmill.
