Coming Soon - Sunday Hours
Starting June 3, 2018 we will now be open on Sundays from 8:30 - 11 am!!
Now there is one more day of the week to get in our fat-melting, fun and stress-relieving workout!! Remember, a trainer is always included!!
All other hours remain the same! Here is our full schedule starting June 3:
Monday - Thursday: 5:30 am to 1 pm; 3pm to 8 pm
Friday: 8 am to 1 pm; 3 pm to 7 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
Sunday: 8:30 am to 11 am
