  • I love that I can come anytime and get my workout in and I don't have to wait for specific class times! The trainers know me and push me as hard as they can. I love that my workout is 30 minutes and I have beads of sweat dripping down my face!

  • I did a similar class in California, but this is different. I love it because there’s always someone there to help with form, break up routine and generally be encouraging. They are also super attentive and accommodating if necessary.

  • I love the trainers, and believe me, that was the thing I was the most apprehensive about when I signed up. I didn’t want anyone “staring at me” while I was working out or laughing at me because I was doing it wrong. But I loved it the very first time one of them challenged me to punch them! Ha! It keeps me motivated, gets my heart rate up, and it’s fun!

  • I love the fact you don't have to follow a schedule and I can pop in anytime. I don't enjoy cardio type workouts, except for boxing. This is the best way to get good cardio I have done yet. It includes the whole body unlike boxing gyms. 30 minutes in and out. I love it.
